i called the number to cancel my order but it doesnt even work. they said there would be live chat here and theres not. i can not cancel my order.

cannot get ahold of company to CANCEL and further shipments
I have been trying to contact the number to CANCEL any further orders of ACAIBerry but the line is ALWAYS BUSY. I have also tried to contact CHAT LIVE SUPPORT online and there is NO such site. PLEASE HELP PUT THIS COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

no delivery
I would like to cancel my order as of January24, 2009.I am past the 15 day free trail of this product . I have not received my order yet.I have tried to contact by phone for the past 3to4 days .I was unable to speak with anyone. I only ever received a buzzy signal.

fraud charges
Communicated with "Chat Live" representative for AcaiBerry on Friday, January 23, 2009 to cancel further shipments, during the time I was online waiting on status, prompts of "I will be with you shortly"or "Thank you for your patience, I will be with you in a moment" would populate the popup window; my patience was growing thin. I am not prepared to pay $88.62 monthly for this diet supplement. I was assured no further charges would take place. The following morning I checked my bank account oline and discovered two more charges of $5.95 for the trial bottle! I immediately closed and went on to try to speak with this company again. Their telephone number of 1-866-938-4832 did not process through and my call was never connected. Searched for the website again under Yahoo's search engine and there is where I discovered that this same company commits fraud by charging customer's accounts repeatedly. I then proceeded to contact my bank and cancel my personal debit/check card. What a hassle and inconvenience. The bank will process my claim against fraud only after the transactions have been processed (they are in the pending stage).
I caution everyone not to try this "free" primary bottle, you will get sucked in the way I and others have.!!

Product doesn't work
I received Order Number 1138006 in the mail on 1/22/2009 for Acai Berry. The pills do not work and I no longer want this product sent to me. The cost is extremely high for something that doesn't work. Please cancel any further orders to me. Calling the toll free number 866-938-4832 didn't help cancel any future acai berry being sent to me. I've had to cancel a credit card because of this companies horrible services.
