UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE
DO NOT PURCHASE ACAIBERRY!!! THEY ARE FRAUD!!! THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $88.97. YOU WILL GET NO HELP FROM THEIR 1-866-938-4832 NUMBER. I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN TO THE BBB!!! I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!!! I URGE ANYONE WHO HAS HAD THIS SIMILAR INCIDENT TO COMPLAIN AS WELL!!!

unauthorized charge on debit card
I had ordered "free" trial of AcaiBerry from Advanced Wellness Research and had problems with them. My debit card was charged when I was only given 5 days of "free"" 14-day trial. I was told a full refund was not possible so I wrote to the Better Business Bureau to see what could be done. Well, the $78.81 that was charged to my debit card from Advanced Wellness Research, Inc is gone but in it's place is a charge from fit-fac.com for $29.95. I don't even know who these people are and have turned this in to my bank as a fraudulent charge.

never recieved the product
I ordered a free trial of this product and when I looked in my account a few days later they went into my acc. and debit 87.13 out of my account saying I was being charged for acaiberry and cleanings which I never recieved I called and told them that I never even recieved those item and the man said you have 15 days to cancel it hadden even been 15 days when I was on the phone with him demanding to be refunded he then told me someone would be e-mailing me to issue me a refund I never recieved the e-mail get this! I call back now it"s no longer a Company it goes straight to voice mail less then 10 seconds a man calls me and say someone called my phone from this number but the number he called me from was totally different. this is a scam and I may say god dont like ugly the word of God say touch not the annointed and do mt prophet no harm I work for living and I make honest money and I pray that this people get caught in Jesus Name.

This is website given to cancel further shipment of product AcaiBerry.
I do NOT want to recieve any of this product if it was not such a hassle to return I would but that is involved. It is a fad trend according to my doctor and should not be taken by anyone. Cancel my orders. It was never mentioned that orders would continue to come at such a high price just for getting a sample. $90 a month that is crazy. Cancel me out of this please. Thank you

Never received product. Only agreed to FREE trial. Found charges of $93.69 on my debit card and relized this was a scam.

Auto charges and shipments
I ordered a trial sample of Acaiberry. Following the trial sample, a shipment was automatically shipped to me and my account was charged $88.97 on December 8. I returned the order the same day I received it, unopened. I have never been credited for the charges. I was later informed that the next month's supply was ready for shipment. I e-mailed them to stop the order, and received confirmation that it was not sent. I have still yet to receive a credit for the first shipment (which I absolutely DID NOT order!)

False advertising & difficulty cancelling
Their product was sdvertised as a "free month's" trial but when the product was received the trial was for 15 days from the date the product was SHIPPED. If I do not call and cancel my credit card will be charged $88.62, none of which was made clear on the original offer! Also, to prevent this charge, I have to call and obtain a "return merchandize authorization number". The problem is that I am not able to reach anyone by phone. The line is either busy or you are placed on hold and eventually disconected. I have also attemted to contact them through their support webside but that has not worked as well.
How do I prevent my credit card from being charged if I am not able to reach them? Please advise.

i have tried to contact this company the day that i thought i was getting a free trial i did not know that there would be on going charges to my account i emailed this company the same day to let them know that this was a mistake to cancel order.it was ignored and they charged me 5.95 on my account .i cannot get any one to respond and i cannot get thru to the number that was given.
