I order a trial sample of this product on 12-27-08, with the opportunity to cancel within 15 days of order. I received the order on 1-17-09, which takes me out of the 15 day cancel period. When I called cancel, the phone number is not conected. When I tried the website listed above, I received this complaint page.

I clicked on a website that stated I would recieve a free bottle of AcaiBerry supplaments and colon cleanse and was charged $1.00 the first time and then $3.95 again for "shipping and handling. When I received the bottle of AcaiBerrys, inside the package was this small half sheet of paper, saying I would be charged after 15 days $88.62 every month thereafter, unless I cancel, which I have been unable to do. I tried this site to try and cancel but found out it probly will be no use.
Help. What I would like to know is why can't our credit card company do something about companies like this? Why can't they cancel the payments to crooks like this, when the holder explains what has happened.

I placed an order for the free trial of Acaiberry, and with in 1 month, they have taken out over 240.00 out of my checking account. I have called them, in reguards to this. As I called right after the first $88.62 was taken out, after a call was placed to cancel the products to be sent to me.
I called again, and they said I did not read all the literature on this, and there was nothing they could do. They are ripping me off. Something has to be done. I had to go to my bank, and cancel my account, and set up another one.
There are a lot of this going on.

I ordered my FREE bottle of AcaiBerry. At the end of December, I noticed my Visa was charged $88.62 from a MAXSUPREME, immediately called Visa and told them I didn't purchase anything from them. On January 12, I received a new bottle of AcaiBerry with a bill enclosed for $94.57!!! I checked my Visa account to find another charge for this amount. I called the 800 number and was told that I was supposed to call the number on PAGE 2 when I received my FREE bottle if I wanted to cancel. I never remembered even seeing or reading page 2 when the FREE bottle arrived. They told me that they WILL NOT refund the money. Also, they told me another bottle was shipped to me last week again (which I haven't received yet).
I called Visa again and now this amount is in dispute. I'm mailing the bottle back today.

I also had paid for the free sample of the Acaiberry supplement plus the 5.95 shipping and handling fee. I was extremely upset when I checked my account on the 13th of December 08 to find a deduction for $88.62 cents. I immediately called my bank to stop payment of this item but told I have to wait until it comes out of pending, which happened on Dec 15, 08. I was told by my bank that legally the company can keep my funds for 30 days before the fraud unit can do anything. In the meantime though I had called the Mytrialsupport.com and cancelled the order that was supposed to be shipped.
Today, Jan 12, 09 I again called 1-877-300-3766 and spoke with a customer service person and again requested my money. She said I would hear back in 3 or 4 days. We will see.
