Three Accts. charging my bank
I ordered a free trail of AcaiBerry and when I received the product nothing was included except the purple card showing the miracles of AcaiBerry.
I had no instructions concerning the trail period, nor did I receive a copy of my payment, telephone number or address of the company.
Now I have been charged twice on one bank statement and when I received the second delivery I finally had a phone number. I called and cancelled
the product. But WAIT, when I receive my bank statement I had been charged twice so I called back and guess what. I not only had one account with AcaiBerry but Three. I demanded that they be closed and a email sent. I received only one email for one account, so I called back and quote the third account did not exist. By the way when I mentioned cancellation I was hung up on four different times. At this point I am waiting for a call from the account department (3 to 5 daysturnaround time) concerning the return of my money. BY THE WAY I WILL NOT HOLD MY BREATHE!

Who do we notify? What government agency do we call. Do we call the postmaster? After all they are sending the product throught the United States Post Office.

Free Trial cost me $78.81 on my credit card
I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry, and only paid for shipping. Instead of six dollars, they charged me $78.81 on my credit card. I can't find a number to cancel.

Canceled and yet sending
I ordered AcaiBerry on a trial basis and never got it. Called the company and to cancel the order, as I never received it or could get it in time to try it before buying or canceling. I canceled the whole thing. For the ordering etc. And I have proof of it on 12/17/1908. On December 31/08 I got a notice that "My order has been shipped". Don't know yet if they have taken it out of my credit card or not, but it was not suppose to be shipped. Now I don't know what to do. If I send it back will they refund or keep the money and product also?????
This is one of the most expensive fraud's that I have came accross.
I am retired over 13 years, and can't afford it anyway.
Thank you for letting me vent. I am upset about this. Can anyone help make this right?
Thank you, gmm

charge for unsolicited order
I ordered a trial bottle for $9.95, approx. and cancelled all future orders (since it didn't have any effect). A month later my Citi card was charged $88.62 for another order. I called the customer service and was told I should have called them in 15 days after I received the trial order. I did but they claim they have no record of that. I want my $88.62 back.

Charged $88.62
I Ordered the FREE trail sample of Acaiberry and then called a week later to cancel the automatic shipping of the product so i would not be charged the $88.62 a month. The guy I spoke to when i canceled it said he would send me a email with a confirmation number showing that I canceled. I never recieved that email. This morning I went to the bank and saw that I was charged the $88.62 I then called the number listed many times and got no answer, i even got online to there "live chat" and sent a message, i never heard anything back from them. I finally got a hold of someone from the phone number, i told him what was going on, he then told me i would be refunded 70% of the charge, that i had to pay a 30% restocking fee. I told him that was a bunch of crap, that i wasn't going to pay for a restocking fee on something that i canceled 2 weeks ago. I asked to speak to someone above him. He then put me on hold for about 20 seconds and said he spoke to them and they would refund me the full amount. It would take 7-14 days. I asked for a confirmation number for the refund, he gave it to me but was not nice about it at all. I am now overdrawn in my account and have to pay a $30.00 bank fee because of this company. PLEASE DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THIS SCAM, IT HAS BEEN HELL TRYING TO GET INTOUCH WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE BROMALITE COMPANY.

Fraud
I did not see this coming! I ordered a sample of AcaiBerry for 9.95 and believed it was safe to do so, because of the company's popular promotor's. I was shipped a second bottle and returned it to the company. They did not refund my account. I called my credit card company and found out that they billed me twice in the month of December. The first charge came from Israel and the second from Great Britain. I have sent emails and called every phone number available, but never can reach a single soul. How can we stop this and possibly be refunded? Any advice is appreciated!

This is a scam
My complaint is the same as others. There is no way to contact this agency and they keep sending stuff and charging your account. I finally went to the bank to cancel my debit card which is the only way to stop this scam from going on, and on, and on. I feel ashamed I fell for this as I only looked at the fine print after I got a charge on my card for over $88.00. I felt it was fair I was charged the $88 since I failed to read the fine print, but it is wrong to not provide a legitimate way to get a hold of them to stop futher shipments. But, I guess that is why it is a SCAM !!! I feel sorry for the others who have fallen into this trap. This company must be stopped. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau.
