Fraud - non refund
Ashamed to admit but I was a victim of an internet scam. I ordered a free sample from FWM Labs; they sent the free sample; I took a pill and broke out into a huge rash, but before I could cancel FWM Labs sent another bottle, and charged my credit card $174.26. I called and complained and they told me to send both bottles back; I sent both bottles back in the same package. FWM labs credited my card for $87.13 but claimed I did not cancel the order in time for them to credit my account for both bottles even though they received both bottles, they refuse to credit my account. I had to pay the credit card company; otherwise they were going to charge late fees plus a threat to ruin my credit. I had to cancel my credit card so that FWM Labs would quit using it to their advantage. The only thing I can say to the public - do not place orders from FWM Laboratories; they are scam artist and you will lose money.

excessive charge
I ordered the $.99 trial bottle and was charged THE SAME DAY with a year's supply of $149.95 that I did not authorize.

Cancellation
I have been unable to cancel an order with this company. I have attempted to contact via the net several times and get a response that I will be contacted within one working day. I started this process with-in the 14 day trial period for this product. As to date noone has contacted me and the order continues to arrive and money taken from my account even though I have said that I do not give permission for this to occur. I have been to my bank but they have as yet been unable to cancel. The bank has informed me that If I can get some written proof that I have contacted or attempted to contact the company they should be able to cancel the money being withdrawn from my account.
IO have never received a receipt of any kind with this order and frankly this product can be purchased cheaper from the local chemist.
I would never recommend this company

Fraud
I responded to a Risk Free Trial Offer and I fell for the scam that everyone else fell for.
I received the product on Dec. 16, 2009 and the note stated that I would be charged $48.99 if I decided to keep my trial bottle. The trial period was 15 days.
I immediately called the company to cancel this and was given a RMA number to put on the unopened package.
I sent the unopened package back on December 16, 2009. For an additional $2.53, I did track & Confirm with the post office. My package was delivered back to the company on Dec 21, 2009. The invoice date was December 10, 2009.
It took eleven (11) days from the time LifeNutra processed the invoice until LifeNutra received the AcaiBerry back. This is within the fifteen (15) days, yet, on December 24, 2009, my credit cards was charged $48.99 PLUS $29.95 for something called "MY DIET PLAN".

on these peoples web sit they say try our product and only pay shipping and handling. well i did just this and two days later these people continued to call me to try to get me to purchase more i told these people no if i wanted more i would order it myself and they best not charge my card either. well they did any ways charged my card the whole amount of 69.95. when i called them on this there responce was you gave us permission too and i will cancell it and reinbursse the money but you must send back the product. I did this and that was eight weeks ago no money has been put back into my account. I REQUEST addvertisement like this be made to put into BOLD writing they WILL chaRGE YOUR CARD.

Ordered free trial of aciaberry. cost £0.99 then had £150 deducted from my account. Can't contact them and now noway to get my money back. Can any onre help me?

i ordered free on this site detox capsules for i month on the 3rd of nov i was debited on my account for £5.36 there is only a phone no to cancel or order anything else i tried to cancel but could never get through as told by the police that the phone no was in poland on the 4th of nov i was debited 119.02 dollars from my account which was £75.16 for something that i had all ready paid for ?the police and fraud have been notified .i am on pension money and cannot afford to pay this money for something that i don.t want and have already paid for ?

overcharging
I placed an order for the acaiberry detox and the colon cleanse in Mid November. It was ment to be a free trial i was only charged for the shipping which was 3 95. But today i go to check my account and relise that 160 euro as being lodged to this company. That is 80 euro per product. To me this is a discrase as nothing was said about it when signing for the product. I would appreciate if i could get my money back into my account. I recommend that anyone who thinks of buying from this site to just say no as it is a scam
