Unauthorized charge
They sent it to me and I didn't want it. I returned it without opening the package, but I have not received a debit on my credit card. I canceled the card to make sure they couldn't charge me any more.

Unauthorized charges
Sent off for a trial sample and less than two weeks later Nov. 16th my bank account was charged for $88.62, then again for $94.57 on the 26th. No package recieved. Tried to call them on two phone numbers but impossible to get through. One phone was disconnected at one time. Recieved one package that I sent back the next day with delivery confirmation. Finally managed to get through to them and cancelled the account I didn't know I had. I sent off an email demanding my money back. and got a reply saying that they had no record of my account.
Anyone have any idea on what to do? I've disputed the charges with my bank.

No refund
I requested a sample bottle of product. When it did not arrive but I was charged $89.31 on my credit card, I called to see why. They promised a refund but I have yet to see it. I was told Dec 5th 2008 that it was being processed. I've now written to the Attorney General of Utah, as that's where they are based. DO NOT ORDER!!! It's a nightmare company!!

Order Sent Without Permission
Originally I order a sample of the product and never ordered anymore. This past week I received a package from SFL Nutrition LLC with a bottle of AcaiBerry in it and they had charge my credit card $88.62 without my permission. I will take action on this matter.

Unauthorized Charges
I ordered the free trial of AcaiBerry for $5.95. I figured if Oprah and Rachel Ray recommends it I figured it should be a good supplement. First of all the product didn't perform as advertised so I canceled any future shipments.
Imagine my surprise when I received another bottle in the mail and my credit card was billed $88.62. I called and told the lady I spoke with that I want to return the item and have my credit card credited. The lady told me that she can't do that because the item was already charged to my credit card. After arguing with her and saying that I'll contact my credit card company to have my charges reversed as well as the BBB and Florida's Attorney General.
Then her tune changed and gave me the RMA # to return the merchandise. Not only she didn't credit my account but I saw another charge of $94.57 on my card. I called again and she had a don't care attitude. Finally after contacting my credit card, the BBB, and the Attorney General.s Office my card was finally credited. I think this company should have their business practices investigated because what they're running is a scam.

refusal to end subsription
I ordered a trial subscription of Acaiberry. I canceled my subscription on the seventh day of my trial period and had not even received the product yet. After about 30 days, I received an e-mail that informed me of my next shipment being processed.
I immediately called their toll-free number and spoke with a customer service rep. I was told that my order was cancelled and I would receive a confirmation by e-mail. I did receive an e-mail. Then 5 days later, I received the product and payment was deducted from my account.
I am very upset about this.

illegal charge
I only applied for the the free trial with shipping payment only. Now I'm seeing charges on my bank statement and I have not ordered any product since the "trial product" came which was not free as advertised. I want to cancel now and demand a refund on a product I did not order and I hope this goes to the Better Business Bureau because it is a scam.

unauthorized charges, unable to cancel
I received an e mail promotion for acai berry supplement tablets. Since it was inexpensive I decided I would try them. Unbeknownst to me in the fine print they apparently refill the order every 30 days and charge my credit card. I attempted to cancel any additional orders but their customer service number does not allow you to do anything and the website does not either. So now I have no way of cancelling any furure orders. What can I do to correct this?
