I seen on their website a free trial of acai berry for $5.95. I filled out the order information, it asked for my credit card information. When I was done, I did not have anything come up that I had to read, or agree to. It said thank you for your order it has been successfully completed. I thought good enough. I received the product with a receipt showing the $5.95 shipping, no name of a company or anything, it just said acai berry at the top. The only directions with it was take 1 - 2 tablets daily with 8oz of water.

To my surprise, Monday, Dececember 15th, 10 days before christmas, I get a new bottle from them with a receipt showing $88.62 charged to my credit card. I was shocked! The receipt once again only had the acai berry at the top with a toll free number. I tried calling the number and it doesn't work. I went on line and found your website, I used the phone numbers provided, they said that they were not associated with SFL Nutrition and gave me another number. I called it and it didn't work either. I finally found a website that has live chat. I went on there and told her what had happened and she said I' m sorry we do not give refunds after 15 days...I was furious!

I'm on my way to the bank today to see if there is anything they can do...I will let everyone know what a scam they are. Their phones conveniently does not work, and she told me I should have read the terms. There was no terms when I orderd the sample...

How can this company continue to Scam people? Does anybody know what can be done about this???

I ordered 14 day supply and didnt agree to anything more I was going to buy my daughter her x-mas gift and they took it so thats really sad thing to do now it wont be till after x-mas will get paid aging has anyone get there money back?

I have returned the acaiberry and have not received a credit plus I sent a note to CANCEL all future orders and called to have all orders cancelled the middle of November. I have not received a credit and am still receiving continued charges for Nov and Dec. I do not want to try the product and want everything cancelled and want everything credited. I feel this is fraud that several other companies connected to acaiberry are also charging my account. Please advise if my credit card is being credited for these unauthorized charges. I ordered a trial of acaiberry and received. did not work. tried to call and not their real phone line. I was charged a 89.31 without previous authorization. My bank is working on the issue. I am not the only one. Please be aware of the practices of this company and stay away.
