Can't cancel after trial purchase
I ordered a trial of the Acai Berry supplement online and paid for just the shipping.
There was no fine print or anything about an automatic payment or subscription.
I call the customer service number daily and after exactly 2 minutes and 10 seconds of music, the call is disconnected.
The just hit my account for $88.00 - I can'[t afford this!!! Help.

Credit Card Charge - no produce
I accessed an internet site for AcaiBerry which indicated a free trial for shipping & handling of $1.00 on November 8, 2008. I did receive sample and have not tried it yet. On November 23, 2008 my credit card account was charged $89.31 of which I feel I did not authorize nor have I received product as of December 8, 2008. I believe this company needs to change their proceedures or get out of business. It appears I am not the only one that has been charged in error.

Did email cancellation

never received product/ unauthorized account was set up
ordered the product for a $1.00 shipping and handling fee which appeared on my account; never received the product and learned that the company had given my credit card number to Fit factory--- then I received charges on my card from fit factory.
Called acaiberry and cancelled and was told that I now had an account with them. I requested cancellation immediately!!
THIS IS FRAUD...AND MISREPRESENTATION!!!

Unauthorised charges
Offered a free trial for shipping and handling and was charged 79.99 unauthorized on my credit card. Can't reach them by phone or email and they do not show a way to cancel! Total rip-off!!!

Fraud
I was charged $88.62 on 11/21 on my credit card. When I called the the # on the bottle 866-938-4832, the same # next to the charge on my bank statement, the phone rings and then click click. I tried from my cell phone and the call drops immediately. I canceled my card and filed a fraud claim with my bank.

no calls answered
you don't get a real person at 1-888-549-2111. or the 1-866-938-4832. i called and canceled than after not hearing from someone i get the product don't know how to cancel i don't want my call charged. what is this all about. the whole is full of scams now this?

Cancel of order
I ordred Acaiberry's free trial online. I took the product for a week and did not notice any results. I knew I had to cancel within 15 day or I would be charged $88. When I went to call the customer service number it would not go through. I immediatly thought I had been scammed. When I read some similar stories on this website that helped. I took the advice of a prevous poster and kep dialing the number. I finally got through and was put on hold for about 20 minutes. I was able to cancel the order and received my cancellation email while I was on the phone. I kept the guy on the phone as long as I could to make sure it went through and also waste some of his time as well!
