I want to discontinue the purchase of further products from this website and request that $88.62 be credited to my Visa account. I have been trying for the last week to call the number listed on the site where I ordered the free trial 1-866-938-4832 and continually receive a busy tone or a standard message about waiting for the next available agent and then a hang up.I have also sent a number of e mails to various sites that have all been returned as an unreccognized addresses. I would like this issue resolved because I don't want anymore products or charges to my credit card account.Howdo I get help with this issue? I see this as a real scam and false advertising to get a credit card number. What a fool I was to be taken in by such crooks!

I agreed to a free trail of this product... there was no notice to "see terms below"... it did say see below which was where all the testimonials were and I failed to go all the way to the bottom. Hidden there were the terms that came up in another windw where you would be charged and charged and charged. This should have all been stated upfront at the time you agreed to send for the sample not hidden.

DON'T order this product!!! They offer you a free trial if you just pay shipping and handling. What they don't tell you is that even before you get your free trial in the mail that they also deduct almost $90.00 from your account for your first month of pills that you didn't order in the first place. $90.00 is alot of money-----DO NOT fall for this free trial offer. NOTHING is free.

i orded acaiberry and they charged it to my credit card and never sent it.they charged me 29.95 on noverber 11.

I purchased the trial size of the AcaiBerry product because a friend I trust said it was great. For reasons of my own, I cannot take the product, so I attempted to contact the company to obtain an RMA# which is required to return the merchandise. The number provided on the website and on the bottle 1-866-938-4832 was never answered or it dropped to a dial tone after several rings. The number that came out on my statement 1-866-442-2966, had been disconnected per the recording, and of course if you don't contact them within the 15 day trial period window, you will be automatically charged for the product, which in this case would be 86.00 and 95.00 for both products. A total of over $180.00. I knew it was a scam. I contacted my card company and began the formal dispute process to block these charges. We all need to be more aware of what we are getting into with these types of product offers. Particularly these that include automatic shipments/memberships where you must respond within a specific timeframe. Be more alert when you are out there on the internet. There are always those that will take advantage of us and make it difficult for the legitimate companies and their products.
