Cancel my Order
I have called three times to cancel this order. I tried returning the product to the mailing address. However, each time the post office indicated their is no such address.
I finally get a prof of delivery using Certified mail #70031680000681650313

Please cancel all shipments and issue credit for four bottles returned.

they wont cancel my order
i ordered a free trial of extreme acai berry now they will not let me cancel order when i try and phone all i get is this number is not in use

cannot cancel shipments by email or phone
I ordered a free sample of acaiberry and agreed to pay postage. Now I'm getting charged $88.00 for a shipment every 30 days. They cannot be contacted by phone or email or the website they give.
The entire thing is a fruad!

i did not give consent to charge my credit card
I did not agree to give up 89.31 cents to be taken out of my credit card, this is a rip off and a phony phone number I had used the number for 6 hours or more and placed on hold. I will cancel my credit card,

Unauthorized Charges
I signed on to receive the free trial for the AcaiBerry. I have a charge on my account for $90.20 that I didn't authorize. I tried to call the company because I didn't realize that it was them who made the charge. It showed up on my statment as ONLINE HEAL. I have put the charge into dispute. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!

charging my credit card when not product has been ordered
In August of this year, I heard about this product to help cleanse the system, I was offered a bottle to try for free. I was then offered a rate of 1.95 for shipping and handling. I gave my credit card information and was then sent a bottle of the aciaberry cleanse, plus a bottle of hodia water, and some hodia gum which I did not order. I was charged $41.85 on my credit card. I called but you can never get ahold of a person to speak too. I left a message and no one has returned my call. I then discover that the have also charged on card card an additional $39.95 in the month of September, and an addtional 44.90 on October 3. I am very upset about this. I have never given them permission to charge my account for addtional products that I have never ordered, or received. This is a huge scam and rip off, do not order this product or give you charge card information to this company...

I NEVER AUTHORIZED FUTURE SHIPMENTS, AND THEY KEEP SENDING BOTTLES EVERY TWO WEEKS !!!THE CO IS A SCAM!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I DO NOT WANT THERE JUNK!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!

confusing sails, inability to discontinue
Was promised a discount as a one time offer providing I contacted them to discontinue if not satisfied. I did! but was sent one bottle of AcaiBerry and charged $ 79.76. I've been unable to contact them through their supposed 45 minute wait on the telephone and the website doesn't help me either. Now they've sent me another bottle which is still in it's packaging and I just want to get rid of it and get my money back and get them out of my life. I am barely living month to month and I'll never try to sample something on line again.
