credit card scam
This companies days are numbered I have made numerous complaints and have spoken to many organisations about my credit card being defrauded by these mongrels, and the net is closing on them, they have made alot of money illegally but the authorities know who they are so they better watch their backs, they won't be getting any more money where they are going but they will get free food and board. last laugh is on us. And I am getting my money back as my bank is aware of these idiots and is disputing the transactions and many other peoples my card has been cancelled so they can't get any more from me either but like I said theie days are numbered.

no refund
1st order from http://ebizprogram.com. I canceled within two shipments and the original number 1-866-938-4832 has never worked. **Look at bank statement for current number off charges** you will get the current number to call. But be warned they have moved, changed prices and will tell you that you have never ordered from their company. I have talked to someone on 1/16/2009 and also this august and went thru the motions that they would send a refund.
the return shipping dept was 127 nw 13th street suite #4 boca raton, florida 33432
The current number i have that came from charges is 877-350-8480
my advice is to retrieve from your bank statements, the number associated with charges to address your call.
The company is a fraud and has moved to Utah. Don't learn like i did to never give out credit card number for any free trial.

product not received at all
I applied for a free trial of Acaiberry diet product, I never received the product at all, then my credit card was debited $119 for a beauti product which I never ordered at all and have not received. when I phoned up the phone number on my credit card I was told that the trial period starts when I place the order and I should have called to cancel the order before 10 days but as I never received the product at all I did not know to cancel the order. I have now cancelled my order but my money has been taken from me. This is a scam. beware of this. I will never order again from the internet

Fraudulant Charges on Credt Card
This company advertises free samples of their products but charges $86.42 for a product never ordered as well as a foreign converter currency fee of $.69. - MONTHLY. Their phone number is also not a valid number. The only way to stop the charges is to report the fraud and have a new credit card issued.

fraugulant charges
Placed trial order and have been charged over and over for fees not disclosed in trial order and for items not received. Unauthorized charges were made to my credit card in the amount of $548, 46.

I purchase the AcaiBerry Detox And I order the free sample bottle and I was to pay 3.95 as agreed but I canceled the product after receiving two more charges on my bill as I do not have the product . I called customer service and they said to wait a few more weeks and I said no I want the charge taken off my bill and customer service was no help to me this is a fraud . Hoe can I be billed for something I do not have and how do they get away with this I do not have the product so I want the two charges off my bill and I wish to be credit for them. I need help with this scam!!!
