I too ordered a "free" trial of Acaiberry for $5.95. I foolishly gave them my debit card. I was on vacation when the package arrived. The next thing I know I got an e-mail stating since I did not return the unused p;ortion I would now be charged $79.95. I wrote back stating I was away and unable to try the "free" product. They said I had 14 days to try it and if I did not return the unused portionI would be charged.I told them I was returning the full bottle when I got home and I wanted a refund. After arriving home making numerous calls of somewhere in Canada, they told me I had to wait until the package arrived back in China and I would receive credit for the bottle minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Then I was asked if I wanted to keep the bottle for $39.00 amd I said no, I wanted to return it and wanted a refund. Last week I received an e-mail stating all further orders would be cancelled. The following day I received another e-mail stating they were sending me another shipment and charging my card $99.90. I am still fighting with them. DON'T GET INVOLVED. IT IS A MONEY MAKING SCAM!!

ordered "free" sample of Acai Berry- received within 10 days-then account was hit for $87.13 for the next months supply- called and cancelled immediately-sent back the unopened bottles which thet received- have been on the phone with thme every 10-15 days because they are "going to post the money to my account-BUT NEVER HAVE!!

AcaiBerry promotion trail period is 15 days, in less time than that your card is charged $87.13. When you call to cancel you get put on hold forever listening to music. There is an automated option, but the recording asks for your credit card you used. Well, I immediately think, fraud, I don't know who is getting this information, so I opted for the customer service person, only to get frustrated after being on hold FOREVER. I have notified my credit card company of unauthorized charges. BOGUS

I also decided to try the risk free 30 day thing. I never saw anything about this, but sure enough today there were 2 $87.12 CHARGES. 2!!! I don't care about the whole cancel within 14 days crap, the thing is I sort of knew about it I just figured whatever, but they charged me twice. I called support and he said that all they showed was that they charged me the 2 something for the shipping. So then the guy gave me the email address to the billing department to send them an email with my statement attached. This is so frustrating... it will be weeks maybe even MONTHS before I see that money again, and that's IF they will refund it. GRRR!

This was a mistake.

I have tried this product for the free trial and they keep sending it ot me and taking money out of my account for 3 months now. HOW DO I GET THEM TO STOP??? Help ! IThis product did not help me at all ..
