scam and robery company
My name is sonia. On march 10th 2009 i order on line from the fwm laboratories their porduct propmotion of the acaiberry detox and life cleanse, a 4 month pack with a total cost of $169.00 in which would include 4 bottles of 60 capsules ea. Of the acaiberry detox and 2 bottles of 60 capsules ea. Of the life cleanse as adverstized on their website and a rush delivery of 2 to 3 weeks. As of today, i have yet received what i paid for and instead of my order i have receive a 1 bottle of acaiberry detox of 60capsules, which accoding to one of their company's supervisor, "jane" this bottle is only a complementary bottle at no cost until i receive my order. However, after many attempts to find out about my order i am always told by their customer service and supervisers that my order has been sent to the usps office in mcallen, texas on march 24th and that my order is at that location/ local post office; which is false. This company is giving me a tracting number #9102 8293 3119 3005 5138 43 and packing number #3089094, mms# 070760319090055277 and claim that this is the information on my 4 month order; which is totally false. This shipping and tracking information pertains to the supposed free suplementary (1) bottle of acaiberry detox that was send to me on march 24th, 2009. Every time i call i am ask to wait 1 week and that my claim would be transfer to the shipping department, but nothing gets resolve. I have requested to get a refund and their representative "pat". I reported them to the BBB but they never got a response. So basically I got robed $169.00 plus tax money and noone can help and nothing will be done against these companies. the company information is : FWM Laboratories, Inc.

cost
Tonight, Tues, May 26, 2009, I ordered a trial offer for Premium AcaiBerry. I used my Sears Mastercard to pay for the $3.95 shipping and handling. About 5 minutes after I placed the call, Sears Mastercard telephoned me that there was a $82.81 from Acaiberry. There was nothing shown that they would charge me $82.81. Isn't this fraud.
I called but the office was closed, so I will call tomorrow. If I am not satisfied, what do I do next?

MAKES YOU DEATHLY ILL!
May 24, 2009
made me very, very sick
Everything everybody said was true- I ordered a $2.50 trial sample of ACAI Berry on line and then received another one called DETOX that I did not request and was charged $89.00 unauthorized to my account. I called them and they said they could not find my order and to call and follow the prompts to get a credit on my credit card. I called my bank and they said, "Oh, no! Not another Acai Berry fraud report!" I guess they have received millions of them. I also had to cancel my credit card in order to stop them but my MAIN POINT is that the product made me DEATHLY ILL- vomitting, diarrhea, and migraine headaches for 2 days straight. It's POISON. Don't take this crap!

Refund not received
I received a free sample on 1/20/09. Called to cancel on 2/6/09. Charge of $88.62 appeared on my credit card on 2/12/09 but I did not receive any product. I called numerous times and could not get thru. Finally spoke with Customer service on 3/26 who told me I canceled too late and would not get my refund. I either wanted a refund or the product and finally they agreed to credit my account. I did not receive the refund so called again on 4/14. They said they had a problem getting the refund to go thru so they would mail me a check. It would take 7-10 days to process and 7-10 days for the mail. Still no check. I called again today 5/15. The customer service rep said she would personally make sure the refund is sent and I should receive in 7-10 days. I'm not holding my breath. What other recourse do I have? When will they shut this company down. This is obviously fraud.

Scam
Me and a group of co-workers ordered this product in March of this year. My friend got it off of the Oprah website. I am very upset and angry with this company. I can't believe they are still in business. They totally are ripping us off. They've billed me for April and May and I canceled both the Acaiberry and the purity crap and have confirmations on both of them back in the beginning of April. My husband goes into the bank this morning to get money out of our savings account and couldn't retrieve the money because they have drained our account with their charges. I am totally mad. This is disgusting that they are getting away with it. Still haven't seen a credit to my bank account. Also they are charging you for ISA Fee, which if no one knows what that means, that is an overseas charge. I know when I ordered the product it wasn't overseas so why am I paying for the overseas charge.
In conclusion I am taking this to my attorney general and thinking about a lawyer. I've had it. They owe me over $400 in illegal charges. Not happy. I even had to go and change my bank account debit card numbers so they couldn't take any more money out of my account and had to pay $20 extra for new cards.

Recieved Credit
I had been charged negligently by this company. But I am happy to report that after a few complaints to the BBB and the FFC I recieved a credit of $87.13 last Friday. Hang in there and be persistent to recieve your money back...

Rip off merchants
These people are complete arse holes. I ordered Acaiberry online and when I looked at my bank statements they had taken $4.95 PLUS another $9.95 per month for a friggen membership that I didn't ask for for nearly a year! When I rang the company to complain.. they told me that it clearly states in the FINE PRINT that we get a membership for free for the first month and then we are charged. It doesn't end there. I cancelled both memberships (to what, I have no idea) and the fee of $9.95 is STILL hiting my bank account 3 months later. So now I have paid for a membership to something that I didn't want or need for over a year. It now looks like I have to go through my Bank to block them. Someone is sitting in his/her friggen massion somewhere getting rich of this scheme. This should be taken up the consumer affairs ladder as it is a complete joke, but then take a look who is advertising on this website - ACAIBERRY? Where the hell is the ethics when it comes to that? You are a complaint website taking money from a company who rips people off? Unbelievable

false advertisement
this company should be shut down, I tried there acai berry detox trail size thinking it was a 30 day supply
for only $3.95 plus shipping and handling, i called them within in 30 days to cancel this, then i rec'd my
credit card statement and was billed for $87.13 for the supply that i thought was only $3.95 plus shipping
and handling, i have called asking them to please credit my account i was unable to take these pills and i
would ship the un used portion back to them, they bascially told me it was to late that i did not read the
terms and condition, it is in very fine print and you would not read it unless you went down to the bottom the page, i think it is terrible how they are ripping of consumers and billing there credit cards for that amount
and not know one from there company will listen or take the time to try to help you, my next step is to the
the attorney general and file a complaint in my city, i can not believe this company is getting away with
these pills and ripping people off blind i would like more to write and hope they will go out of business it is so
unfair that a company can run such a bad faulse advertisement and get away with it.
