I signed up for this Product last year in November and called to cancel. I was told that I was not able to cancel and now in April, I have been charged again another $70.00 without my authorization. If anyone has any information on how to get in contact with an attorney that will take my case to sue the you know what out of this company, please forward the information. I know there are some attorney's that will take the case for free and if you win, they get paid directly from the company from the lawsuit.

Something has to be done. Company's like this have to let a person cancel their order and credit the person back if the product has not been used. It's the law.

I order the trial offer of this product and was charged $5.95 for shipping. Next thing I know they have charged my debit card $88.62 for the product. In the meantime, I called to cancel future orders. The customer service person explained another supply had already been shipped to me. I told the customer service person to CANCEL ALL FUTURE ORDERS and to refund my money. I was told when the product arrived, I needed to call to get an RMA number for the return. I called and got the RMA number and returned the product at the US Post Office on 2-28-09 with the understanding my money would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I waited and NO REFUND so I called on 3-16-09, 3-27-09 and 4-2-09 and always got the same response -- we have not received your product that was returned but we will put a follow up on it immediately! I still do not have my refund. However, I was smart enough to insure the product before I mailed it from the post office. I will wait a few more days to see if my refund (less their stupid 30% restocking fee which was never mentioned initially) shows up. If not, I'm going to file a claim with the post office.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Please cancel this and I WANT A CREDIT ON MY CREDIT CARD OF $78.81 ASAP

After reading a lot of information regarding the AcaiBerry I settled on a company for a trail product. Soon as I received it, I knew I had been scammed. First of all the trail is good only for 15 days, the first day is when they ship it out. I live in Alaska, by the time I received the trail I was already on day 6. When I tried to call the 800 #, it was busy, like out of order busy, then I tried on-line chat with the 5 star rating, the emails kept coming back undeliverable. Knowing that I was being set up for ongoing $94.57 unauthorized monthly charge, I withdrew what cash I needed for a week, ordered a new debt card and canceled the one I used to place the order. So since I can't get an RMA # I won't be returning remainder of the product. Which leads me to wonder what does AcaiBerry do return product? Recycling comes to mind, no disrespect but I don't want someone else's leftovers. With that in mind, I just threw them out. Can you really trust a company with the policies of this one, what really are in those capsules?

I have been trying to cancel my order for AcaiBerry products x2 months. Phone call does not answer and web site in non-existant. I do not want any further shipments or charges to my credit card.
