cancellation of order!
I ordered magiacai on 3/10/09 it shipped on 3/11/09 i received it on 3/13/09.My credit card was debited the$ 5.95 for shipping/handeling, i im canceling this order as of today 3/16/09 9:18p.m.I do not want to receive anymore shipments from your company and i do not want my credit card debited with any more charges other than the $5.95 trial amount it was charged!I have already informed the credit card company of the cancelation pertaining to your company and to not accept anymore charges from this company, so that they can flag &deny any further charges coming from this company! Unauthorized charges
I ordered a bottle of AcaiBerry to see if it would help me lose weight and gain energy. The ad said that it was free and all I had to pay was the shipping which came to $5.95. Then within a week or so, I found out that they had taken $94.57 out of my bank account without my permission.

The product did nothing for me that it promised so I had no intention of ordering more. The company sent me a new bottle about 3 weeks later and I didn't order it. They said I had 15 days to return it but they also said I needed a return number and they wouldn't take it back if I just wrote 'Return to Sender' on it.

I tried to call them to get the number and the return department is only open Monday - Friday from 9-5. I went to their website and the said they would chat with me live... no one came on to chat with me so I could get this resolved.

Cancellation
On March 9, 2009 I called to cancel the next order of AcaiBerry before my credit card was charged. I was told that all operators were busy and to leave my phone number and someone would call me back withint the hour, well of course that didn't happen. One March 10, 2009 at 8:45 AM I attempted to call again, I was told the same thing, leave my number. I express to the person on the line that I had already done that and that no one called. That person only kept saying please leave a number and someone will call you back. I got frustrated and demanded to speak to someone and that person hung up on me. I am going to contact my credit card institute and dispute any charges that this company places on my credit card. This is a total shame that companies like this one is only out to scam people out of their hard earned money

Cancellation
On March 9, 2009 I tried several times to cancel the next order before any monies were charged to my credit card. I was told to leave my number and someone was call me back within the hour. Of course no one did. March 10, 2009 I called at 8:45 am another attempt was made to cancel that order and was told the same thing, leave my number and someone would call me back. After explaining that I had done that and Istressed that I wanted to speak to someone because I wanted to cancel this I was hung up on. This is truly a scam to get people's money. There needs to be a law against this these cheaters are preying on unsuspecting, innocent people.

Unauthorized charges
I made the mistake of ordering a trial sample of Acai Berry Edge from GNS, Inc. I received two bottles (which I thought I was getting a "trial sample" for $3.97). I did not receive this order until after the "date of return" and upon reviewing my credit card statement, I was charged twice for the amount of $79.90 (on the same date). I immediately called this company and spent the next three hours on hold but managed to talk with two very rude representatives. This company needs to be investigated for fraudulant business practices. I am pursuing this matter because I feel very strongly that this is a scam. I am going to contact my credit card company as well as the Better Business Bureau.

Unauthorized charges & unable to cancel
This company needs to be prosecuted for fraudulant business pratices and products. They are unable to allow any access to cancel and they continually keep charges customers without authorization. Only way to stop is to cancel ones credit card and debit card. I have called another number of 786-554-2446 and their customer service person informed me that all representives are business and she took my phone number and email address for one to get back to me as soon as possible, which has not happened. cfd67

Fraud
This is fraud-billed 89. Recived on 1/19/09 cancelled on 2/1/09 and was told by Customer Service Person "Jill" that my order was cancelled, no need to return anything. i would not be billed. This will go to the Attorney General's Office and to Opra whose name is being used for this product. In Good Faith this was ordered, once again, the customer is being used.

billing
I received trial order was never billed for $5.95. Then not receiving any more product (which in fact I didn't want) got bill on 2/3/09 $88.62 called 1-866-950-6352 got RMA14969601948315 still not receiving any product to return. Called again got RMA1496960-19483 (from a person not understanding anything I said). Finally received product (NOT OPENING) on 2/21/09 returned on 2/24/09 tracking # 0308-0070-0002-0619-9896, for credit of the $88.62. Now looking at my statement online I see I'm charged again $94.57, again not receiving any more product. And again I DON'T WANT ANY OF THIS PRODUCT. I have tried to call again this 1-866-950-6352 and been on hold numerous times for lengths of up to 15 minutes. PLEASE HELP BEFORE I GO TO OTHER ALTERNATIVE TO GET MY CREDIT CARD CREDITED A TOTAL OF $177.24. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Carlene Vitkauskas

didn't order another shipment
I agreed to a free trial supply (which didn't work by the way), only to find out that I rec'd another 60 capsule supply and the company charged my bank acct. I just rec'd this shipment and when I called to cancel and to ask for a RMA number to return last shipment, I called 1-866-484-2863, and was told that they couldn't pull up my acct with order number 1567615 (which is on order summary), and they told me that their computers were running slow-and that was why they couldn't pull up my order (even with name/ph #/zip code. They told me to call back in 2 hours.
I am asking them to please cancel further shipments, and am instructing my bank that they are not to submit payment.
