Started with a "free" trial, costing 1.00 shipping. That is how they got my credit card number. I was told if I liked it a month order would be automaticly charged to my account under the name NUBODI 901-208-7485.
First problem was that I did not receive the product withen the 14 day cancellation time period. My Credit card was charged 89.31. The phone number given to cancel the order was never answered.
I thought, it was a one time deal, I was duped into giving them my credit card number and I wouldn't do it again.
My husband pays the credit card bills, our Bank of America card begain being charged not once but twice a month the amount 89.31 under DIFFERENT names. My husband thought I had made other purchases. I did finally get thought to Acai-berry phone line, they were VERY rude. refused the return of the unwanted (unopened) product. I asked to speak to a manager, they said there were no managers to speak with. I asked them for their Corportate Office number, I was told that was not allowed.
After refusing to get off the phone with them until SOMEONE did something to remedy this problem, I was promised that there would be no more charges on my card. That was in November. In December I received TWO more charges in the amount of 89, 31!
Beyond upset, I filled a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center IC3, the BBB in Flordia, the Federal Trade Commision and the FBI Postal Fraud department.
I ended up having to cancel my credit card all together.

These guys ended up getting 447, 34 of my money without my authorition. I do beleive there should be a Class Action Suit brought against them. Everytime I get online, there is a new AcaiBerry advertisment... they are continuing to scams millions from people.

This company offers a free 14 day trial of the product and if not cancelled within 14 days they will charge $89.31. I ordered on Sep.27/08. I had not received by October 27th/08, and had previously called the company to ensure I was not being charged the $89, as Ihad not received the product.

On the Oct.27th phone call I was told that I was charged, despite being told in previous conversation that I would not be. The charge to my credit card was $127. The exchange rate is NOWHERE NEAR that bad from CDN to US dollars.

In Oct.27th phone call I was told that the charges would be reversed since I still hadn't received even the trial bottle. This still has not happened. This company is very difficult to get ahold of. The number seems to change as well. WHAT A SCAM!!!
