You all have taken my money out of my account without consent. And You have put me into overdraft and i dont think its right for you take advantage of the people and i want my money put back into my account immediately the $105.72. i thought i was paying for shipping only $0.99 is what you said

Received product I did not order
I received a free trial offer of this product a couple of months ago and the products made me ill. I wrote an email to the Company to not send me any more of their product and today I received another bottle of acaiberry pure. They did not charge me for it, but I don't even remember the website and couldn't find it on my internet search to once again tell them that I did not order this product and that I do not want to receive any more of it, or to be charged for it.

149.95 RIP OFF
They charged me 149.95 for a membership fee that I never reqested, I 'm requesting a refund . I have called the Co and asked for the address of this CO. and I was told that it was in europe . with no address.

Withdrew money from checking account without knowledge or consent
AcaiBerry Pure withdrew money from my checking account without my knowledge or consent. I was told by customer service that if I sent an email to this email address that I would get a refund. They do not do refunds, only cancellations.

refund request
I tried testing this product for a free trial which I NEVER do, but thought I would try it based on an article I read, not to mention I convinced my father-in-law to try it as well. I just checked my bank statement ad there were 2 charges for $149.95 each! I'm sick to my stomach because I'm sure my father-in-law's bank statement says the same. I'm furious with this company and when I tried to get my money refunded, they said they couldn't! This is unfair and my family cannot afford $300.00 right now. If we liked it, we were under the impression that they would charge our account monthly after the first TRIAL month. Please help us get our money back!! How do we go about this?

Did not receive, but CC charged $55.39
My credit card/bank card was charged $55.39 but I never received the product. I called the company and have a cancellation #310020 and talked to Ressi. I want my money back since I did not receive the product I ordered - the AcaiBerry pills. If I do not get an answer by 3/11/2010 I will take my complaint to my bank. Unauthorized charges
I signed up for the 14 day free trial with expedited shipping. I called the day before the free trial was over and
cancelled. I got my cancellation number and everything. 3 days later I go onto my bank statements and there is a charge for 149.95 from them despite cancelling my free trial in a timely manner. This is not
right. I need to get this fixed ASAP!

failure to cancel membership
Ordered product on line. Arrived at my home. Tried one day-called and cancelled any further product/membership.
3 weeks later I get my credit card bill with charge for $149.95.
When I asked the company what this charge was for they said it was for annual membership.
