I was also scammed by these fuckers...They better hope and pray that I don't get a hold of their personal accounts. <br />
On 1/17, I ordered the product online and received the product in one week. After experiencing physical illness (vomiting, stomach cramps and dizzyness) I discontinued the product and called their office to cancel my subscription. I was assured that the order was cancelled and was provided with a confirmation #. The representative also assured me that the only charge to my account would be for the $0.99 (shipping cost). However, on Feb 19th, my account was debitted for $149.95 and $4.50 which I didn't authorized. I have called numerous times and spoken with several representatives who continue to assure me that my account would be credited back for the unauthorized debit. As of yet, I have not seen a penny credited to my account from these scammers... I have filed a complaint with BBB as well as FTC and have cancelled my bank card . I recommend everyone who has been scammed by this company to do the same. Otherwise, you will continue to see debits to your accounts with no guarantee of refund. This scam has gone on for to long and across the entire US.

I agreed to a try this product and to pay shipping for .99. I read the agreement which said you have 14 days to cancel this product or will be charged monthly and a one time charge of $149.00. I couldnt try this procuct due illness. I called on the 14 th day to see if i could maybe have an extension on the trial since I was OK to try it now. Everytime I called the number that the website gave me to cancel the product, it said they were AcaiBerry Pure and then went to a voice mail. I called several times and finally left messages stating that this was the 14th day and I wanted this canceled. Well, i got charged $149.00. I called a different number that my credit card companay gave me and they(acaiberry) lied and said that I hung up on someone when trying to cancel and said that they will not credit my account. I stupidly believed this company was OK because of the credentials that I read about. Do not believe anyone who wants to give you a trial...

I agreed to pay shipping and handling charges of $3.95 for trial bottle of product and 3 days later they charged my credit card $149.95. I sent email for refund and they refunded $3.95. What a scam these people have going. Don't know if product is any good or not since they didn't allow a trial period. Don't order this product.

I ordered a free bottle of acaiberry pure and only had to pay shipping and handling. Now the company has taken almost 300.00 out of my checking account and checks are bouncing all over...I DEMAND A REFUND IMMEDIATELY.
