On 1/15/10 I ordered a '30 day sample' of Acaiberry pure. The introductory offer was to be for 14 days, and I was supposed to call within the 14 days and cancel future orders of the product if I'm not happy with it. Here's the catch on day 13, 1/28/10, the product shows up in the mail. The next day my bank calls me with 'suspicious' activities on my checking out. This is the 14th day of the 14 day trial period. It is not my fault the product shows up when it did. I cannot form an opinion on a product I have just received. I call the Acaiberry pure company to explain/ complain I am told " sorry sir, but it has been 14 days and you'll have file a request for refund" and then gave me this address. THIS IS NOT RIGHT OR FAIR to anyone who has been trapped by this scam. When I called them, it was on the 14th day, BUT it is already too late to cancel, WRONG. This is absolutely a TERRIBLE way to do any kind of business. This is not how to promote a product, sell it, and it will not do well publicity wise. I want my money refunded back to my account. I offered to send the product back un-opened, I was told "We cannot accept it once it has been sent out." I don't know what else needs to be said or done BUT I do expect a refund, I will not use this product, I will not encourage others to use it because of the TERRIBLE customer service, rude operators, and they don't even abide by the agreement they have posted on the internet. 14 days is 14 days, Slamming someone's account with an unauthorized charge is ILLEGAL, UNETHICAL, and absolutely WRONG!!

I did not agree for Acai Berry Pure to take $149.95 out of my bank account..
I only agree to .99 cents to be taken out of my bank account.
I have called the number that was charged against my account 1-866-579-1230...
I was put on hold for 30 minutes
The second time I called and it went to#0001 I left a message for them the call me back within 5 days to correct this problem.

I never okayed the amount of $149.95 and I did not agree to any other programs that Acae Berry Pure was offer me.
I only okayed the .99 on Jan 17th 2010. Please take care of this for me. I am so afraid that they are going to keep on charging my account, if they have done it once they will keep on doing it.

You can't get anyone to talk with to carry out the request that they claim would be SO easy to do. They are always willing to please the customer. Yea, Right!!! You can't get anyone to answer you because either the phone message box is full or they just don't answer. I have been with them long enough where the phone number has changed. So what gives here. I WILL NOT pay for services that I was not honor on their part. They are a rip off and I wished that I had NEVER ordered anything from them. Their product may be good, BUT their service is the pits. I have tried emailing them, this is the only way to get feedback, but this in itself is a form letter that is attached to the e-mail. So I doubt that a human ever sees it.
