I received AcaiBerry Tropic after seeing an ad in December on RealAge.com sponsored by Rachel Ray. It said you could try Acai Berry Tropic for $1. I signed up for the product. I would not have purchased the product if the ad had divulged how much the product would continue to cost me. I was under the impression this was a means to get people to try the product in hopes of purchasing more. When I called the company to inquire about two separate charges of $88.90 they said "It clearly says in the terms of agreement that after 14 days I would have to cancel or purchase the product". this is not something I would have signed up for if I had KNOWN this. The representative told me that my account would be cancelled. We'll see if it is. I feel like a big dummy, $180 later.

I ordered product online with the understanding that I would only be charged shipping and handling for the first bottle. I saw that the shipping was debited from my account and then a few days later my account was debited for the total amount of a bottle but I hadn't even received the 1st bottle. I called the 800 number and was told that I would be refunded the charge $89.35 within the week. Still no refund so I called the 800 number again and was told that I had to return the rest of the bottle before they would credit my account so I did so and sent it with a delivery confirmation receipt and it was received and still no refund. I tried the 800 many times from my phone and never could get through so I called today from my sons phone and was told that I would be put on a priority list and will receive my refund within 13 days. I think this is bull and I don't think I'll ever receive my refund. Please beware and don't order any product from these people.

Today, Oct. 4, 2009 AcaiBerry Tropic (Total Body Management, Inc.) fraudulently removed $88.64 from my checking account. I have contacted my bank and hope for an immediate response tomorrow. I cannot afford the $88.64 AcaiBerry removed from my account. I paid the $1.95 trial offer they wanted and only received the merchandise Oct. 1, 2009. There was no other literature or invoice, paperwork, nothing of any kind with the bottle nor on their website when I ordered making mention of removing funds from my checking account. I will file appropriate legal charges and with the Better Business Bureau if this money is not credited to my checking account immediately. J. Sanders

Same as other COMPLAINTS, about this product have been unable to contact them their E-mail no longer exists have called 1-888947-8745. have waited for available agent to answer for 5min 8min, 15min and agent never answers have been charged to my bank card $88.64. how can I get this charge removed from my bank acct..PLEASE ADVISE.. My only income is my Social Security Check.
