I order product from Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse, both companies confirmed my order and are preparing a refund.

I also had a charge to my bank account from AcaiBerry out of Las Vegas... After contacting a number I got from my bank statement, they told me my husband had order it product (they had all his information except they had my bank account which he does not bank with that bank).

They said they would only refund $56 of a $179+ charge to my account.

My husband did not place this order. They refused to give us the internet order to confirm.

My husband did have business over a year ago with another diet pill company. He ended up cancelling that bank account after they refused to cancel the order.

We think maybe thats the way they got his information and when his account was closed they got my information from my order through Acai Berry or the Colon Cleanse company.

They also said we couldn't return the product because FDA won't let them take it back... This company has never been reviewed or approved by the FDA.

I will continue to fill complaints with my bank and the Postal Authorities...
