On 28 July 2009 CAPSTARDIET took $100(AUD) from my credit card...I cancelled the card and submitted a credit card fraud claim through the bank...which is still pending.

I had ordered a free trial of ACAIBERRYBLAST on 10 July ...on 20 July I received an email from then saying they had shipped the product which arrived a few days later...

I was advised by the fraud dept of my bank to cancel this product as they were a known fraudulent company...so I emailed that I wanted to cancel and as per their terms and conditions... (which were never sited or agreed to when ordering the free trial)... I had to obtain an RMA# and ship the product back to them...I received an email from them on 30 July with a shipping address to return the product and instructions on what to write on the package no RMA# though and that my account was closed and that they would refund any payments made to my credit card...

The next day I received another email from them saying they had charged my credit card $100 and the billing address was CAPSTARDIET...

The next day I received another email saying I couldn't cancel my account as I hadn't received any products from them and that I had to receive products and trial them first ?????? very confusing...

I am persisting with this and will continue to email them everyday until I am refunded...

BEWARE ACAIBERRYBLAST AND CAPSTARDIET ... THEY ARE FRAUDS AND CREDIT CARD THEIVES.
