I've been dealing with this company . They charged me $79.95 for a product that I rec'd very late. I have the product unopened. The company told me in reply emails to me to contact them for a return address so I could ship it back and they could process the refund. I have sent over 25 emails from the time I rec'd the product (your return address is indicated on the package), on August 10, 2009. I tried their toll-free customer service number as well and was put into a queue for over an hour at which time I gave up because none ever came on the line.
They were quick to charge my credit card and now it seems they have disappeared form the face of the earth! No one has replied to my 25 emails. I have kept copies of all the emails which stated they would supply me with a return address and then on receipt of the unopened product, process my refund.
