Ripped Off
Beware of opening a hyperlink inside this companies webpage. I did and although the form for the product was not fully completed, nor submitted for the product, it remained on their site. Hence a nice friendly call several months later offering the same deal as others were and are offered. BUT it is a bait and switch scam! Not only have I not received all the product, but my debit card was hit for $79.00 before the now stated "it was a 14 day trial offer." And there is a flat denial of refund with a lecture telling the caller "It is the consumers responsibility to read all the webpages." Even if the sale was not generated on the web, come on give, be real! Its a rip off scam from AZ that needs to be taken down

subsequent orders
The orders just keep coming without my consent. Tried calling, but just get a recording. Would like to end the products coming to me and the fact that they keep crediting my credit card. Help!!!

No real customer support phone calls answered
I was told with confirmation number as to when my items were going to be shipped, and as of 8/17/09 I have not yet recieved anything. No answers the 8663421-6554 or email addresses for other phone, I have been place on hold for 10 minutes for the numbers I have called and the same thing is been said over and over again, estimated time to wait is more than 10 minutes. I wasted two of my lunch breaks. So the best thing to do is to call the credit card I use to purchase my products and hope it can be cancelled before the charges continue to be taken out of my account.
What a big disappointment...

in references to charges and service dispute
i was charge the $4.95 shipping and handling charges which was noted on my account but i never did recieve the free trial offer. then an additional amount for $83.95 was taken out of my already depleted account which left me with a negative balance. when i disputed the charges they would only refund me for a much lesser amount instead of the full amount. i feel that i should be able to get the full amount refunded. therefore i would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter of great concern to me. thank you

sent pills without authorization
I am soooo mad!! I complained after being on hold over 20 minutes, and then today I get another bottle of this stuff in the mail. I assume that my credit card will be billed again. This outfit is a scam.

deceptive practice
I found out the hard way that I can't get a refund of $83.95 for the AcaiBerryBreeze that I ordered as a "free" sample for $4.95 shipping. The $83.95 is actually the charge for the "free" sample if you don't cancel withing 14 days of placing your order. You agree to their terms & conditions by clicking on it without reading all the fine print. Because you agree, you cannot legally get a refund and they will not authorize a return of the opened "free" sample after 14 days. It takes longer than that to realize that the product doesn't work at all. You are stuck with the charge because you agreed to it (probably unknowingly).
I did get them to agree to cancel future shipments anyway and then I cancelled my credit card number to prevent any more charges because I don't trust them at all. They are sneaky.
I will never agree to any "free" shipments or trials again. It is an expensive lesson and I hope someone will benefit from my information here today.

NON PROFESSIONAL
Ordered free trial of Acaiberry Breeze. At the end of the form, you are automatically enrolled in a special of the product and automatically billed. I call a representatrive and he said you must mail back the portion I did not use and pay for the shipping of the returned product. He was not very professional and did not give you any information about the product. When I received the product it did not have any details on what to do if the product did not work. They just want to bill you. I can't believe Dr. OZ would recommend this product, since they are not very easy to work with. I will never order this product again due to the misleading. I think someone should contact Dr. OZ and let him know, he is representing a bad company.

extra charges not authorized
I am being charged for products that I did not order and when you try to call the company or go to their site there is nothing there anymore, this company is a big fraud
