Scam
This company charged my credit card money that was not supposed to be charged and refused to give me a refund when i brought it to their attention. i was supposed to have a 10 day trial and they only gave me 9 days when i tried to cancel they told me it was too late.

fradulent use of credit card
Please note I am a United Kingdom resident, and ordered products from this company which said only the postage needed to be paid. On the 15th November this company fradulently took two amounts of £73.09 from my account. I immediately contacted my bank and was told to return the goods! This I did to a company in Scotland england, and have heard nothing! Since then on the 17th December again this company have withdrawn 2 lots of £73.09 from my account. I have advised the bank, and also trading standards here in England.
Is there anything you can do to help me get a refund, or even write to the www.alliance and leicester co.uk to confirm that this is a fradulent company.

I do not have a US address for this company, only an address in West Lothian Scotland who are only distributors.

Bad business practices
READ the TERMS and CONDITIONS before you order your free trial sample! You will automatically be charged for $88.62 if you do not cancel within the 15 days stated. Even if you do not receive the product within those 15 days. It is a scam to trick you out of your money!

been charged for product I did not ask for
I wrote in for a free week's supply of acaiberry pills, and for two months have been getting the charges for monthly supplies. I got the first week's worth of the product, but have not rec'd the others. I do not want them. I never did want to be a part of a monthly regime of any sort. Is there any way you can help?

Unauthorised use of creditcard
I ordered a sample from this company, agreed to pay the minimal shipping amount.
A few days after the sample arrived, I have now been charged for a second amount which I did not order. I was charged $89.31, which as I am in New Zealand on the current rate converts to $ 173.08 NZ dollars. I cannot get through to the company to cancel it and there website is alos unable to be dispalyed.
I have actually cancelled my credit card in order to stop anything further going through.
Any advice/help would be welcomed - and please - someone investigate these rip off merchants.
