Stay away
Last March 15, I ordered a free trial of the acai berry detox, I paid a $2.00 fee plus $3.95 shipping and handling. I received the sample but I did not know they were going to charge me $87.00 for the free sample. They charged my credit card on March 31, and tried again April 15. They said everything was clearly stated on their website - it was not. They said I cannot get a refund because I didn't cancel during the 14 day trial period which I also did not know. They are refusing to refund my money and I can't even use the product because it made me sick! When I tried to cancel in March I got someone who couldn't speak very good English and made me repeat everything several times and I had to spell my name and address several times. I was told that they could not find my order. (I never placed an order except for the so called free sample.)

This is a fancy website that is long on promises and short on ethics and morals
This is a fancy website that is long on promises and short on ethics and morals. I ordered a "free trial" pay only S&H sample of AciaBerry Detox from them. I cancelled well within the cancellation period by phone to their number listed on the invoice. The charge came out on my bank statement at full price. When I contacted them they said it had been cancelled but I was beyond my 30 day time limit to return it. So they screwed me out of $79.95, instead of the $3.95 S&H. I told them I would write them up, so I am being true to my promise. The company that runs the website is FWM Laboratories, Inc.

The main caveat is that you need to go clear into the site to figure out what they will and won't do about their guarantees. It tells you little unless you go clear into the fine print links. In my opinion it is a misleading site designed to work against time so you will be charged the full price and get you involved in an automatic shipping program. In the fine print, they stated that if you cancelled within the trial period they would not bill you nor would you be required to return the unused product. That didn't work, so I got stuck by the time element since my bank statement didn't come out before the time ran out and I didn't know they had charged me until over the 30 day return period. It appears to be a scam to me. I would not do business with them again, since they refused to even work with me on a credit back or a return.

try to cancel them from keep deliver their product that I had stop ordering all time ago
I also like other had wanted to try the Acai Berry Detox and paid the $3.95 shipping Risk Free Trial, but after the first order they just keep sending me their product few more time, try their service number finally got to one day told them I already said I will only order the trial product order I didn't place a long term order from them. Ask them to stop and not to send me any more of their product. But the sale person said when I place my trial order that make me agree to keep getting their order for the whole month. I said NO that is not what I was understanding when I place the first trial order. But him and me come to agreement that in order for him to stop them from sending anymore of the acaiberrydetox I had to place one time order on another product of their and I was to only pay it once for $ and they will stop sending me their acaiberry detox product. But to this day they are still sending me acaiberrydetox and I had try so many time calling their listed service number but can never fully get connect to speak to anyone. The phone line will had some funny sound for a second then the phone line will ring once then went dead!. I don't want them to keep sending me their product but no way of reaching them to tell them to stop sending it to me! Can anyone help? how to reach this people.

Subscription fee
What a disgrace, I am being charged £99 for as membership I do not want. Their answer is that I agreed when I bought the products and put the phone down, these people should be made to return our money!!

I was billed for it when I did not want it
Was told about a trail offer with a coupon for the Colon Cleanse and Acai Berry Detox offer. Went online and ordered on or around 10/03 than was called several times by some marketing company they say they have nothing to do with wanting me to agree to more. I told them all I wanted was the free trail and not to bill me or send me any more.
Than on 10/20 I find out I was billed $80.05 Twice, Which put me over drawn.

False Credit Card Charges
Came across what I thought was a report on Acai Berry Diet on ABC.com web site.
Can't trust ABC News so I don't know why I thought the article was legit. Ordered the thirty day trial which has a audio track on the site that states there is no commitment. The trial were $1.98, my credit card was charged $324.27. Credit card company called me suspecting false charges. I never saw anything on the order form online or the website that stated further charges were automatic. I have filed a fraud case with VISA. I hope someone puts this company out of business soon. This was the most deceitful offer I have come across.

Charging for products never received
I placed an online order for free product of AcaiBerry Detox and Colon Cleanser. They were free trial samples and all I had to pay was .99 for shipping and handling. There was a coupon too!
I have only received these items but have been charged 8 TIMES. Full amounts. This was taken out of my checking account!!! This is theft. I have tried calling the customer service number but no one answers. I tried cancelling on line but they shut me out. I was only able to cancel one item. I am scared that they will continue taking money out of my account. This is fraud and theft and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as our local police and FBI. If it happened to me then I am sure that it has occurred to many other people.
I would like help getting reimbursed for the items that I never received! Or cancel any future orders but I would like the 8 bottles I never received.
Thank you.

stupid customers
im so tired of going on these scam forums and reading to the complaints of people who never take the time to read all of the terms and conditions of whatever they are ordering. you can see the asterisk plain as sunlight next to the word free and when you read the "fine print" all the terms and conditions are written in plain english. when you submit your information you are making an agrement to those terms and conditions (14 day trial, charged for the 30 day supply on the 15th day, and continuous billing and shipment until you cancel) people think that they no longer have to do any research once they graduate high school and because of their blatant ignorance to take the time to check the details they think that they have been ripped off. the adages "look before you leap" and "if you cant take the heat stay out of the kitchen" come to mind when i read these "complaints." so before you start accusing a company of frauds and scams take a look in the mirror and accuse yourself for being ignorant and stupid first. can you say "impulse buyer"?d

False Advertizing - Billing Scam
I took advantage of what appeared to be a 30 day free trial of Acai Berry and Life Cleanse for $3.95 shipping charge. When the two items arrived, I noticed on the slip that it said your account will automatically be billed $81.00 (plus) each month for a monthly shipment. I immediately called and canceled and fell I had avoided a shock on my credit card statement. I got a cancellation confirmation #. Lo and behold I got a shipment today, 5/20/09 and was more then annoyed. I called right away to confirm my cancellation and knew they had already billed my credit account. I gave them my cancellation # and that said that was my "order # and my account was active". That's a line. I blew my top and got a new cancellation confirmation # and also called my credit card company. They said they will cancel my credit card # and reissue a new one immediately and send me an affidavit I have to fill out and have notarized and send back to them to get this $81.00 plus $3.00 shipping costs removed.
