I sent for a trial of Acai Berry Maxx. I have been receiving monthly supplies, though I did not order them. My paypal account has been suspended for attempts at unauthorized payments. I suspect it is from this company. They include nothing in the envelopes with the supplement, and no address is evident on the mailer to contact them. It really seeems to be a scam, one I am ashamed to admit I fell for! I do not want these supplements, and I resent my paypal account being tampered with. Please advise me what to do.

On 12-26-2008 I too, fell for this supplement and purchased the trial order. I quickly canceled the membership. The date is now 02-17-2009 I have made all the phone calls and retracked all orders and shipments with the RMA labels required. Once again I find charges of 79.86 on my account. I too ran into the problem of them not answering there calls, Also there number is not listed on their website
I have listed the phone number and address for your convienience. This needs to be stopped. Why doesn't someone go in and shut these people down. I suggested to the young lady handeling my account that she needed to get a better job. That this operation was not worthy of her This is most definitly a scam .

So I signed up for a trial of the Acai Berry Max product thinking that I was being charged $6 or so $ for a trial. Well, come to find out, that not only was I not charged the $6, I was charged $79.95, and then another charge less than one month later for $85.00. I have not yet begun to refute these charges with Acai Berry, but I will say to anyone else considering this product to STAY AWAY. I have not received anything from these people other than one small bottle of pills, (that I never even used) to warrant $160 worth of my hard earned $. I wish I would have read the other laundry list of complaints before being lured into a false sense of security by the Oprah endorsement splashed all over the web site.
