Tried for 3 days calling these people at 866 938 4832. the phone gives a quick busy signal then hangs up, right? or just simply disconnects. The guy i chatted with said their phone lines are peak busy all day and only open from 9 am to 6pm EST.
I was able to speak with someone via chat and cancel my order. the shipping was already billed but I never rec'd the product so i cancelled it via chat.
