About ba month ago I mailed back a bottle of AcaiBerry pills. So far I haven't gotten my refund. When will I get it?

Went online to order this free trial for 5.95 shipping. Recieved product on 1/17/09. Got online to review posts on this company and got concerned. After reading posts see that this company is not giving free trials as they say and charging accounts before the trial period. So i called the 800# this morning 1/19/2009 to cancel before they stuck me too, they would not cancel order so i will have to go thru my bank and stop any money being withdrawn from my account from this company. Even if this product does work, they are not doing their customers right by scamming them on their agreement they advertise on the free trial conditions. Got info on this site and 800notes.com, ripoffreport.com. Be careful on these companies with their free trials. Read the small print. Too many scams out there. They are charging you 88.62 before the free trial date as i have read. We all have to watch each others back!!
I did get thru on there 800# after a long wait. How sad that this did not work. I thought i did my home work looking into a good company and seeing who all endorses it. Obviously they did'nt matter.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I too was able to cancel my order today. I called 1-786-554-2446 and was on hold for 25 minutes. Finally some kid named Jason came on the line and cancelled my order. I was still billed $98.57 for my original order since I didn't cancel within 15 days. They did send me an e-mail stating that my order was cancelled and gave me a cancellation number. I was almost kind of sad to cancel this, as I did lose 12 lbs. in 3 weeks. But...I haven't felt very good. Can't think of anything else that would cause me to feel this crappy. I think I'd rather have my 12 lbs. back. Good luck.
