There's no way to cancel this without canceling your card. The longer you wait the more money you will loose. There are numerous websites disquised as young mothers "weight/diet loss blogs." She tells of watching Oprah and other well known TV shows and decided to try the two products together for even better results rather than using just one of them. (Which you DON'T receive the second product until AFTER the 15 day trial is up!!) She goes on to talk about her kids, family and displays before and after pictures of herself. NOW, I know that these products are not the same Brand products as shown on various TV programs. I did the research too late I might add. The Companies named above are NOT THE ONLY TWO involved. There are tons of others who are using the same type Fake Blogs to capture a few hundred bucks from every consumer who bites the hook. (To name a couple more) Bromalite.com AKA Total Cleanse Bromalite has been pulling this off in various ways since 2007 and still going... They have recently teamed up with a new one called Natures Best Acai which is playing the same game and just came online a few days ago under http://www.mariasdietblog.com/?sub=y2_unit1 This site will not be up for much longer. They stay up for only a few days at a time. I learned my lesson for sure! In the future I will go directly to the TV programs website and look for the Exact product they featured and research the heck out of it before I ever purchase a diet product again!!! I hope this entry was helpful and I hope that it will save others from having to go through what all of us have been through. To all of you consumers who have been Scammed please report and complain, it's the only way we can try and protect each other and ourselves.

I cannot believe this! It is a scam. Every time I call the "Customer Support" number, I get disconnected. They say they will not reply to emails. They plan to charge me again and send more product - I do not want it and have no way to cancel. I am going to call my bank and see if they can block all payments as a fraudulent charge.

I was offered a month's supply of acai berry supreme in return for shipping. Not only was I charged shipping, I was subsequently charged 88.00. I did not approve this charge. Upon contacting my credit card co., I was told I had 14 days to cancel with "Acaiberrysupreme". Well, their phone number is no good, which adds insult to injury. WTF! What is my recourse from here? Has anyone had any luck busting their ass?

Received free sample and tried to cancel future orders. The number listed on their website to cancel future orders is disconnected. Emails are not returned. Web site also states that you cannot return anything without an RMA # and that telephone number is cancelled as well. Just got an order and was charged $180 for products that I do not want.
