Once you buy the free trial (THIS IS NOT A FREE TRIAL BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR USING THE PRODUCT), beware that they will charge Non US buyers extra and if you wish to cancel it, you have to contact customer support on the online chat system on the website. To cancel the order you will be asked to give your details and you will be given a cancellation code. Please write this down as it is important, they will say that future shipments will be cancelled in there auto ship system BUT your current order (which is your free trial) has been shipped. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ON 0800 680 0623 AND ASK FOR A RETURN ADDRESS AND ORDER ID. MAKE SURE YOU SEND THE PACKAGE WITH INSURANCE AND GET A TRACK AND TRACE NUMBER.


MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL FUTURE SHIPMENTS AS YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THEM. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY WITHOUT YOU HAVING A CLUE.
