Hidden Membership fees
First, when I bring up your list of complaints here, the first thing I see at the top of the page, under Google Ads, is the exact products I want to complain about...Weight-loss scams with Acai Berries. Company that we tried said "free" samples and pay just the shipping, then they tried to charge $48.11 for a "membership fee"...we cancelled the creadit card while their charge was "pending".

Hidden memberships added to account and then automatically charged to bank account. Then the customer service reps say you can't get a refund.

Unauthorised
I went for the free trail offer and all I had to pay was $4.95 for postage and handleing, and now they have taken out four payments of approx, $250, I didnt give them authorisation to do this, and now I dont know how to stop it. I have tried to contact them but I have had no luck. I now wish that I NEVER OPENED THAT EMAIL.

unable to cancell
I have been trying to cancell this product after now going on three month, cant get anyone on the phone or return my e-mails. Now the bottles keep coming and the payments keep going. Could someone please help me cancell this order. Its not working and its getting expencive for sokething you cant use.

Acaiberry slimming pills
Under no circumstances have any dealings with this company.
Do not be taken in by their so-called 'free offer'.
Once they have your charge card account number, they will make charges to it for products you have not ordered for months after.
If you complain, they promise refunds which never arrive.
If, after weeks of complaining by email and phone calls and threats of complaining to your charge card company, they eventually make a refund, it is not for the full amount they originally charged you. They deduct 're-stocking' and 'postage'.
THEY RUN A SCAM. DON'T GET SUCKED IN!!!

Unauthorised debits
I went for the trial offer, and now they have taken out two payments of approx. $82.00 and I haven't received anything other than the trial product. I didn't give them authorisation to do this, and now how do I stop it happening?

FRAUD
I AGREED TO A 'FREE TRIAL' OF THIS PRODUCT WITH THE ORIGINAL COST OF $14.95 AND THEY ARE CONTINUING TO ACCESS AND DEDUCT AMOUNTS ILLEGALLY FROM MY CARD AFTER CANCELLATION. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME PHONEY NUMBERS TO CALL TO HAVE THIS STOPPED. WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT??? I HAVE CONTACTED THE ARIZONA ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND WILL BE FOLLOWING UP THIS FRAUD IN AUSTRALIA WHERE I RESIDE.

Charges after cancellation
After notcing charges showing up on my bank account I called the numbers associated with those chareges to cancel to acaiburn and their associates that I did not realize that I had subscribed to. I was given confirmation numbers and assurd I would have no more charges. TOday I have the three same charges showing up again. I called the numbers and was told that I had cancelled June 25 2009 and could not tell me why I had been charged again One guy even suggested I send them my bank statement so they can review it. SCAM SCAM SCAM Please all be careful.

taking money from my credit card
Signed up for a free months supply and they have taken out 3 lots of money.
Have cancelled my credit card, only way to stop them l am told.
Unable to contact them either by phone no contact address. Jan Australia.
