Like many people who want to lose weight, I was suckered into taking part in " trial offer" SCAM SCAM SCAM, after being told I would be charged $4.99 for 14 day trial. I was after filling out my detail, I was being charged $ 17.99( I thought that's OK because of the exchange rate) . The next thing I know I am receiving emails saying that I am going to be charged $79.99, $85.99 and $97.95 and I hadn't even gotten the first shipment of pills. Naturally I was a little pissed of, Then after sending countless email saying cancel my subscription, membership, order. I received an email saying that they had shipped and that I had already received there product ( not true) and I will be getting charged for the new shipment being dispatched that day. Three day later I recieved the first shipment, I promptly sent it back but to my surprise the supplement came from a company " just think media" back in believe it or not milperra N.S.W. Surprise. this is a easy fix as I have found out, many thanks to my bank " Commonwealth Bank" they have canceled my debit card and reissued me a new one at no charge, so no one can get anymore money, new card, new number, same account. EASY
PS, I wish someone could have a website that you could go to, so that you could check out these companies in advance. Just a thought.

hello i got a free trail of acaiburn, and wanted to cancelled after trying it and just cant find out how, i saw a complaint on the website with a number 8662796513 but didnt get through thought it was an american number, area code 00111 if anyone can help me with the right number to ring out from australia, i would be very gratefull as they are taking more money out of my account. thank you

i have tried to email on several times however there email address seems to be unsuccessful. They charged me a month ago for $70.78 AUS now again today on the 18th Aug. I have tried contacting them on the numbers on there website however whatever time of the day or night that you call from Australia, all you get is that we are currently closed as you have called outside our hours, we are open from 5am to 10pm Mountain Hours, (whatever they are). I WISH FOR THE DEBITS TO STOP i have contacted my bank however they said that the dispute could take more than a month and that i may be charge another amount in the mean time.

Repeated orders and charges to my credit card. My son ordered one lot of the products in March09 when he was out visiting from South Africa and I offered to pay for them as a birthday gift. We used my credit card and now there are charges and products being delivered without him ordering them and of course, all charges on my credit card. We have returned the products, but to date the charges have not been reversed on my credit card. He returned to South Africa in April and emailed them to tell them he has not ordered anything. What does one do. Please help!!!

I cancelled the membership prior to the end of trial perio. It took the product 10 days to get to my house, I mailed it back 3 days after that. I was charged $59+ and to this day (16 days after shipping it back) my money has not been credited back. All of a sudden, two extra charges appeared on my account-it seems that, although no on tells you that, when you cancel Acai's membership you need to cancel two more-THAT YOU NEVER SUBSCRIBED FOR TO BEGIN WITH! When you ask them for your money back they say-NO WAY so the only way to do it is dispute it through your credit card Co.Not only that according to my "health store lady" is Acai useless for weight loss but you end up being a victim of a scam you cant seem to get out of. If you already received a refund on your bottle-get a new credit card!
