I would like the $143.00 returned to my account as I only agreed to the free trial.

This company does not follow through on what they say is a FREE trial offer with no hidden fees or sign up charges. I ordered the FREE trial for 4.95 sh/h and then was charged 180.00 in three additional charges and recieved NO product to show for the charges. It has been a horribly long process to get my money refunded and it still isn't in my bank account yet. Long wait times on phone, dealing with people that can't help you, and not even being able to find your so called account information, yet they are charging you and not always under their company name some charges were from a "webaccess" name.

I sent for the $3.95 trial botttle of this product and then they charged my account $29.95 twice and had never received the product. I then called and they said to wait for the shipment to arrive and send it back, which I did and now they say they never received it and refuse to give me my money. I called back and the next man I talked to said for me to produce a tracking slip and they could help me then, so I looked up my slip from UPS store and found out it had been sent ground not ups and there is no tracking #. I called back again and got another man who said I would be given back the 2 charges for $29.95 each within a week and to keep checking my account. It has now been longer than 2 weeks and so far nothing. DON'T TRY THEIR PRODUCT EVER!!!

DO NOT ORDER THIS!!! It is a huge rip off. We were contacted by our credit card company as they were concerned about inappropriate billing after my wife ordered the sample. We had to call 3 different numbers to cancel the "membership" and were given confirmation numbers and told there was nothing more we had to do. These rip off artists have continued billing our credit card. We are working with our credit card company and will probably have to close that account. I have sent the company one last letter ordering them to cease this fraudelent activity and credit our account for the charges made. If I don't see results in the next 10 days, I am going to file a formal complaint with our attorney general's office. They have a record of being very aggressive against things just like this.

At the end of June I ordered my "free" trial of acai burn. it stated that all I would have to pay is the shipping which was $4.95. a few days later I found I had been charged $26.76 for shipping which I was a little angry with as that is quite a bit more than $4.95! The package didn't arrive until two weeks later and i assumed the trial period started from when i received the product, which at present I haven't even tried as I have been un well. I just discovered today that my account has been charged with$101.61 named MXTSUPPLEMENT 908-320-4322 on 22 July, $107.32 named WEIGHTSECRETS 213-814-1438 on 29th July and then $71.70 named MAXACAIBURNCOM 866-0909045 on 5th August. I have contacted by bank and there is nothing they can do to stop payments. I have cancelled any future transactions but I don't trust them and have contacted my bank saying it is a scam and they are seeing what they can do to help apart from changing my account.

Considering I have only ever received the one bottle of this dietary supplement so far I have been charged $307.39.

I wish I had read all the reports before ordering! Don't get ripped OFF.
