acaiburn Free trial is a rip off its not free couse by the time u try it its going to cost u at least $300 + thats if u watch ur invoices .u cancel this and than u have to cancel that and than u ask if all has been canceled and than u have to cancel some more .0.5 cents, here $5.0 there before u knowe it ur in overdruft and u wander why? styay away from ACAIBURN FREE TRIAL couse its going to cost u .and the trouth is that if u want to lose weight its just what u eat its what ur r and of course u must be active.thats all.there is no magic

i also ordered the FREE trial, and apart from the money deducted from my account $14.95 plus the $20.00 fee for overseas shipments, they ahve continued to deduct money from my account.
On the 5th July 2009, they deducted $NZ95.99 dollars. then on the 15th JUly 2009 they deducted a further $93.86.

I have NOT recieved any more product for this money, and i simply do not understand how this qualifies as a free trial.

I want my money back!

Advertised as free trial for 30 days. Recieved product Acaiburn dietary supplement Visa credit card charged for shipping and web acces. Two weeks later charged for product on my visa Called customer service asked what the charge was for and was told it was for product recieved. Stated that this was advertised as FREE trail for 30 days. so I should not have to pay. He stated that it was in the terms and conditions in the fine print. I stated that I feel that this was false adverstizing So watch out people for these crooks and read the fineprint

THEY ARE A BIG SCAM. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I have unfortunately been burned (pardon the pun) in the same way as so many others by subscribing to the free trial of Acai Burn.

I received my free sample, then cancelled my order as the tablets had no effect. My cancellation went through with no issues.

However, I then noticed that I was getting a monthly charge of $3.24 under the name 'WebAccess 866-989268' . This charge has been applied since March and I'm embarressed to say I hadn't noticed it. I then received an additional charge this month under the name of 'OnV/weightlossmembership' for $7.14. I also received an email from justthinkmedia.com saying they had taken this payment. I replied and asked what this was about and that I had not authorised a payment but haven't received an answer to date.

Yesterday, using the Acai Burn website I got onto a chat agent who told me:
"When you subscribed to our services, you were automatically enrolled with Insider Secrets(Same as web access) and Comprehensive(Same as membership). And, you have to cancel their services as well, if you won't wish to be charged."

The numbers they provided were incorrect, however after some trawling, I found the right ones (calling from Ireland) and got onto their cancellation lines where they said they would cancel immediately. I also received an email from each to say the subscription had been cancelled. I will wait and see if this is actually the case.
