non dilivery
I have orderd this product a whlie ago and have yet to recieve it.
sadly there are people like my self who wish for help in loosing weight and fell for the fatefull trap. I ordered in good faith and am disgusted by this behaviour. However I pitty people who feel they have to dupe honest members of the public who work hard for their money in order to make a quick buck.
I am not prepared to phone america to attept to get my money back but I will be informing the relevent authorities and a close family friend who is a journalist to warn unsuspecting members of the public.

free trial???
i have just ordered a free trial of acaciaberry weight loss tablets. The shipping cost $4.95 but over $14 was charged to my card. As soon as the transaction was processed my computer was clearly being hacked as my cursor took on a life of its own, my antivirus indicated an invalid username or passcode was being used and the bottom bar started saying accessing live face. I am extremely concerned about this invasion of my privacy and i agreed only to a charge of $4.95. How can i get my money back?

misleading
small print allows this company not only to take money from your account at any time for random amounts under the labels of membership, web access etc. etc but can also give your details to other companies and allow them to do the same. The product I originally ordered "free" never arrived!!

I ordered a free trial of Acai bvurn, it did not tell me they were going to sign me up for two other membership programs which i could not get refunded by, and the one number had been deleted and it took me an hour to get their new number so i could cancel that member ship, not to mention the weightloss pills didnt work, so alll together i got charged over 90.00. scam
i was told about this diet pill by a friend who said it had worked wonders for her, i decided to check it out and went ahead and ordered a free bottle of which i just had to pay a postage charge, after recieving my bank statement i have added up the totel of £80.67 which they have just taken out of my account on different occasions, i contacted my bank who said there isnt alot they can do but to get in touch with the company to cancell the subscription, i did this on the live chat and was given a cancellation number, but to me i do not trust this to end the tranasctions although they assured me im permentently erased off the automatic shipping account. can any one help or comment on what i can do?? im a single mother on benefits and can not afford this scam happening to me, the friend who recommended it to me used her friends card who is also very unhappy with it. HELP PLZ

Doesn't work/fraud
Their product is bogus. It does not enhance energy. It does not help you loose weight. You get a 14 day trial period, otherwise they charge you for their product. When you want to cancell, they tell you to ship the unused portion of their product back, and it has to be there by a certain date in order to not get charged. However, the one recorded message tells you to give the remaining product to a friend. It's a scam. You have to ask for your cancellation number, or they don't give it to you. I don't know how many times you have to say you no longer want their product. I stopped counting after the 5th time of telling them. What a joke to take peoples money. I will be writting and complaining the the b.b.b about them as well.

Acai Scam
My last order 7278194 was sent to me on the 25/05/2009 and you have taken money from my credit card account on 12/05/09 £20.41; 12/05/09 £6.78. 15/05/09 £0.67. 21/05/09 £4.62. 26/05/09 £38/05/09 for this order. It is a lot of money.
I also want to know why money is taken out from my credit card account on 21/06/09 £2.03. 28/06/09 £4.45. 2/07/09 £36.77, when there is no order.
I want this money back into my account as soon as possible. I also want you to close the account immediately, otherwise I have to take further action.
