I received an email, introducing the product through the web site with the free trial offer, I ordered believing it would be only US$4.95, a few weeks later, I received a bottle with 30 capsules, then later noticing they have charged my card without authorisation.
Totaling to over $150.00USD, I tried to contact them on the number below which did not work.
So I had to cancel my credit card.

So I've attached the email with the hoax contact details for anyone elses reference.

I did receive my first free bottle of Acaiburn and was charged the shipping only $4.95...then I was charged the following month for a bottle I have not yet received one month later...59.95... I had called to cancel this shipment as well...but it was sent anyway.
I have tried to call them on a Saturday...but they are closed on weekends? so i will try again on Monday...I only have the number that was with my credit card company on the statement...it says it is a drug/pharmacy company...all I know is that Matt Lauer should not advertise for a company that does not deliver!!!

This company advertises a Free Trial but you have to give credit card details to cover postage - which is apparently just a few dollars.

I have never received any products whatsoever from them - not even the 'Free Trial' whih I did order ( but did not receive) but I'm now horrified to find that over £40 a month is being debited from my credit card - I phoned to cancel the Free Trial ( which never arrived anyway)and told them never to use my credit card details but my message was ignored. This is outright fraud and must be investigated by the Police and Trading Standards - How can any slick, polished website be allowed to steal money from trusting members of the public in this way. I'm going to write to the Daily Mail and Which magazine to ask them to warn everyone about this fraudulent scheme but I also need to get my money back - it feels so awful to have been conned like this. Can anyone help - i know that thousand of people are being ripped off by AcaiBurn daily - the web is full of complaints - the people responsible should be charged and sentenced - this is a criminal activity in which they are engaging and they must be punished for the misery they are wreaking. ALSO, THERE ISN'T ANY WEBSITE OR EMAIL ADDRESS WHERE CONTACT CAN BE MADE - SUCH AN OUTRIGHT CRIMINAL ORGANISATION - CAN WE ALL BAND TOGETHER TO HAVE THEM CHARGED AND HOW DO WE GET OUR MONEY BACK

I too ordered Acaiburn and cancelled within the 14 day trial period. My credit card was charged 59.95 for the product, 6.95 for the Tips website another 9.95 for membership fee and 2 $1 charges for transaction fees.
I was told that under the terms and conditions it states your card would be charged a $1 for transaction fees. No where on there does it state that nor does it state it near the credit card info when you are submitting it, which another rep said it was stated. The Tips website was suppose to be a free gift which it turned out not to be. But imagine all the people who are being charged that $1 transaction fee and unable to get a refund they are making millions. What a scam they have going on over at Acaiburn. Never again will I purchase any of their products. Total thieves...
