ive ordered acaiburn product throught acaiburn.com on 27th april 2009 and received on 13thmay 2009...a week after ive ordered the product i read lots of complaints about this company...i cancelled my order through the live chat ang get my cancellation number and rang the insider secret cancellation number and get the cancellation code for this package...however until right now im not able to contact the comprehensive Ebook for cancellation...ive tried many times and ask the live chat for the correct number but nothing seems work...so i decided to cancel my debit card...and this is the best way to avoid futher charges and im not worried anymore...to be in the safe part just cancel DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD FIRST AND THEN CALL ALL of THESE CANCELLATION NUMBERS AND SEND THE PRODUCT TO THEM BEFORE 20 DAYS AFTER U RECEIVED THE PRODUCT...AFTER 14DAYS IF U DONT SEND THE PRODUCT WITHIN 16 DAYS...U WILL BE CHARGED THE $59.95 FOR ACAIBURN AND $9.95 FOR EBOOK AND $4.95 FOR INSIDER SECRET...hope this will help...im in the process to send back the bottle after 2 days received it...but to avoid any charges i cancelled my card immediately after i noticed lots of complaints about this company...THE CANCELLATION MAY TAKE WEEKS TO SETTLE SO PLZ CANCEL UR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD IF U ARE TOO WORRY FOR ANY FUTHER CHARGES...HOPE THIS WILL HELP.

I purchased on a trial basis of 14 days ACAIBURN, before the 14 day period, I called the company and cancelled any further product, I asked if I should return bottle and they said no. On 5/8/09, I received another package from ACAIBURN, which I haven't opened. There should not have been another package as I had cancelled and this will probably go on my credit card. I will send back to company with a receipt that they got it as I'm afraid if I send it back - Return to Sender, I have nothing to prove they received it. Thank-You, Anne Mauro

Think again about accepting the trial membership. I didn't notice any results, but that's not my complaint. When I realized I wasn't satisfied with the supplements, I called and canceled and sent them back. Thank goodness I requested a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION from the post office because my credit card still got charged the 59.95. When I received my credit card bill, I noticed the charge and called AcaiBurn and requested a refund. They did not have anything under my account that they had received my returned bottle. So I gave the lady my tracking number from my delivery confirmation and she looked it up and saw that the bottle was received I would be refunded. But I also noticed on my credit card bill that I had a monthly membership fee and a web access fee to other companies by signing up for the free trial with AciaBurn. Throughout my several phone calls, I found out that you have to call a separate phone number for each of these and cancel them individually. Unfortunately, I did not recieve my credit card bill until I have already been charged for two months of Membership fees and Web Access. I didn't even know that I was signed up for these services (but I guess it is in the terms and conditions when you sign up for the AcaiBurn free trial). So, if you are going to cancel your shipments of AcaiBurn and return any bottles, make sure you do the following ASAP!: Write down the phone numbers you call, the dates you call them and what was said, write down all confirmation numbers, get delivery confirmation service from the post office if you are returning something, and make sure you call and cancel the Membership number 800-989-5907 (I don't really know what it is a membership to), and call to cancel the Web Access 866-989-2685. The AcaiBurn cancelataion number is 800-659-3588. When you cancel with AcaiBurn, they will not tell you any of this. That is why I am. So you don't get f***** in the a** like I did. Best of luck!

I too have the same problem with Acaiburn, I ordered their free trail, which arrived in 4 days from America, I then cancelled my membership only to discover not only had they charged me £25 postage they also charged for the pills and for changing the money into American via Cyprus then 2 weeks later they charged me again saying they had already sent the next supply, which never arrived and they would only give me a refund when I returned the said pills after many emails explaining that the pills hadn't arrived they now ignore all my emails and on Friday 1st May the pills turned up not from America but from Milton Keynes which I have sent back recorded Delivery and asked again for my refund only to be rang by my bank on Sunday morning asking if I had done an transaction with a bank in Cyprus, the bank are now dealing with this and I hope to get my £125 back, so much for a free trail!
