Ordered on line a free sample of Acaiburn dietary supplement which included free shipping. To date I have been charged:

I am returning the Acaiburn and expect a full refund.

I too have been overcharged by Acaibun or Acaiberry, whatever they call themselves. I cancelled my three month free trial and have since been charge £121.12 since january and there are other suspicious transactions on my account under the headings of "web access" or "Lifestylefit". I have passed all the information on to my bank and claiming the charges back.

I want this cancelled and have no contact info to reach in order to do so. Help!

I have been scammed by Acai burn big time, similar to many people who have posted on here.

I ordered the 14 day free trial on 10th mar 09. Now not only did they take the shipment fee of £24 from my credit card but also another two amounts of £59.95 within a single month and guess what I never even received the product! So I never got to utilize the 14day free trial in the first place.

I had a live chat with them on their website and was told to call but as I thought it was just impossible to get through.

I don't know how to get a refund from them now but I am thinking of going to my bank and reporting this as a fraud and see if that can help. Also thinking to cancel/change credit card details to prevent further charges. But from a few posts on here I guess people have been charged even after making cancellations?

ordered the product on 6 march 2009, as of end April still not recieved, they charged me a total of $130.00 which included original free trial, postage and handling and then had the cheek to charge me for amonths supply and membership, to which I hae received nothing.
Have contacted email and keep getting told it is lost in transit.
DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.
