I have been trying to get hold of Acaiburn for the last 2weeks but don'tget very far.
Iplaced a order to them on the 6th March for the free trial diet tablets, I have not received the tablets and they have already taken the money out of my account.
Could you give me some advice what to do.

I ordered a trial of the Acaiburn and found numerous charges on my account. I contacted live help and was assured that no further payments would be taken from my card. I also returned the unused tablets for a refund...I'm still waiting! Now additional charges for the book memberships are being taken out of my account. I am fuming. The membership to 3 different subscriptions is not made clear when you order your supposedly FREE trial. A RIP OFF.

The above phone number and live address do not work. The phone number toll free is unobtainable and I cannot find a Live Help link that actually connects to this company. The link I pressed links to a LF advert to buy a LivefaceOnWeb application for your own web site but gives no way of contacted the original AcaiBurn site to cancel the trial.

I have pressed an unsubscribe button but I am not sure if this cancels the trial or just weekly emails. Either way I have since read the harmful use of dieting suplements and have decided the roduct is not for me. I have done all to cancel the trial all within the specified time. I feel cheated that the live link and phone numbers don't work and cancellation seems impossible.

This turns out to be a scrupulously designed scam. We ordered a "free trial", though the shipping charges turned out to be $24.95 (which appeared swiftly on the credit card). In the following four weeks we discovered three unexpected further charges of $59.95, $9.95 and $6.95 on the card. This turns out to be all covered by their "terms and conditions" in several pages of smallprint, but those were well hidden in a separate link, with no reference to any of this visible during the order process. In fact, the "free trail" is no such things - if you do not send part of the product back within 14 days, they will charge you $59.95 for the "free trial" - and moreover, you find yourself subscribed to two further information packages, charged separately, and you discover that you have also subscribed to further deliveries, and authorised them to continue charging you monthly until you manage to cancel the contracts. Quite unbelievable, but true, once you finally study the terms...
The order summary showed - under "cancellations" - the three different contracts with three code numbers, which turn out to be three separate US phone lines each of which one has to call to cancel the relevant products and obtain separate cancellation codes. We did that and hope we have stopped the supply and further charges.

i ordered my product on the 11th of march and still haven't received it. I have also paid for the postage and handling.
