AcaiBurn scam
AcaiBurn's website is totally fraudulent on many levels. First, they don't make it clear that with the 4.95 14-day sample, they also include another 30-day supply for which they charge your credit card 59.99. They post this charge to your credit card well before the 14-day time period is up. I noticed the charge on my card a few days before the end of the sample period. Then, you can send it back but they will not credit your account until you call them and then you have to keep calling to get the credit. I spoke to my credit card rep who immediately knew it was Acai Burn without even looking at my account. The rep said they had many, many complaints and that AcaiBurn would continue to charge your credit card even though you have cancelled and are not receiving any products. He said customers said up to $300 was charged for nothing. The second bad thing is that they have several related companies which starts to charge your credit card - one that shows up as Web Access for $4.95 monthly and another that shows up as Transaction Fee for $1.00 monthly. You need o call three different numbers to cancel and they will say the companies are not related but when challenged, they will say you agreed to the charges when you ordered AcaiBurn. This is not true because I specifically said No for any additional "enhancements." Don't buy this stuff or you will be stuck in a credit card loop that it's difficult to get out of.

phone lines unmanned
I accepted a free trial (s&h) of the Acaiburn. I tried calling the phone number to get an RMA# for several days prior to the expiration of my 14day free trial. (I read the terms and conditions) I could not get any answer on the 800-712-7222 so I just boxed up the balance of the 30 day supply and returned it. I received a 30 day supply on feb. 12th and wrote on the package return to sender. I tehn checked my cc and saw they had charged my acct. 59.95 and this also had the phone number of 800-712-7222. I called again and this time it stated . "This is an automated response. Please wait 48hrs. for your acct. details to be updated.
It is now Feb. 20th. and the charge is still on my acct.
I have contacted my bank and will wait 30 days for the 59.95 to be credited, after that the bank is authorized to take money back from Acaiburn.

Company is Fraud
Stay away from AcaiBurn. They say pay $4.95 shipping fee, plus you have trial memberships to 2 other companies. All companies charge you. Before the 14 day trial period is up with AcaiBurn, they already charge you a $59.95 fee for the pills. When you get the pills in, you can pay again to return the pills and they say you will get the $59.95 returned. If you attempt to even try the pills, you are still charged $59.95. How does this make since, you can not even try the pills for free as they list on the site. AcaiBurn are affiliated with "Insider Secrets To Weight Loss" and "Comprehensive Weight Loss E-Book Package". All fraud, all charge for trial membership. Theses sites need to be shut down!

Ripoff!!!
I ordered the free trial size of the acaiburn knowing full well what the terms and conditions of the product were. I received product in mail. Turned around same day and sent the product back unopened. Called the company to give them tracking number of package. The same day I called with the return information they took $65.99 out of my checking account. My 14 day trail period was not up. I have every piece of documentation needed to provide proof. It has now been three weeks and they have yet to put the money back into my account. I have called the State Attorney in Florida and filed a formal complaint. This company is ripping people off. Do Not buy this product!! So for the woman saying that people should read before they buy... I did all the right things and still got money stolen from me.

Unauthorized deliveries
I have ordered a 1 month sample of acaiburn and paid only for the shipping around a month and a half ago. When I received the product I noticed that the ingredients included chromium. No where in you advertisement was this mentioned. I decided to wait and ask my doctor if it was okay to take since I am currently taking a cholesterol medicine. Last week I received a package with 3 more bottles of acaiburn. There was no shipping receipt or any other paper work along with the delivery. I did not order and would like to return the shipment however there is no information provided in the order for me to do so. Also please reverse any charges you made to my account. I do not know how much I was charged and I did not authorize any charges. Please respond to this email with a responsible contact at your company so I may provide the information you need to get this transaction reversed.

this product is a scam.i was asked for $2.95 for postage and to date even though i have cancelled the product as it doesnt work, i have sofar been charged £86.68.they take various amounts of money whenever they feel like it out of my account which has resulted in me having to change my account details, cancelling my card and my bank is now prompting an investigation with this company.they charge membership fees and web access even though i have not been on this site since i told them to cancel. The worst thing is the amounts are not consistant and have even charged me twice in one day, no 2 payments are the same.DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP!!!
