unauthorized charges
My husband ordered ACAIBurn and Colon XR because there was a free trial. I am now calling feverishly to cancel all the new charges on my account for things I did not authorize. I have been successful in 2 but very unsuccessful in the large charges. I now have one for 84.79. If anyone figures out how to get their money back let me know.

do not adhere to their own terms & conditions! SCAM!!
These people are total crooks. Their terms and conditions state that if you cancel within the 14 day trial period, you will not be charged again. I was charged anyways, and when I wanted a refund all Kathy kept saying was, please read your terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are absolutely fraudulent and the company does not follow their own terms. Another rep I spoke with after that told me herself that AcaiBurn "Free" Trials are a joke. I recommend that if anyone's considering this product, no matter how often you read their "terms", it's impossible not to get robbed. The product itself is as much of a scam as the company that sells it.

Unauthurized payment
I was looking at my bank statement and there is a payment taken out that was not authurized. It was to only cost me the shipping of $4.95, they also took out $34.95 without my ok that is fraud.

Billing/Product
Once again, another diet scam. Not only does AcaiBurn product not deliver as advertized, the manner to which they conduct their billing, verges on being criminal. I was fortunate to have read the "terms and conditions" regarding this bogus product. I was fully aware of their cancellation procedures and cancelled my order to Acaiburn, Insider Secrets to Weight loss and the bogus membership to Comprehensive Weight Loss E-book Package 12 days after I received the product. I spoke with Hazel on day twelve and advised her I wanted to cancel and she gave me the address I needed to send the unused portion to. I asked her specifiaclly if I was going to be charged the $59.95 but she seemed a bit confused. She put me on hold and when she came back on she said I would not be charged. Three days later, you guessed it, a charge for $59.95 showed up on my account. So back to the phone I went. This time I spoke with Jeanie. Just like she was trained, she kept referring me back to the "terms and conditions". Even when I told her I was specifically told by Hazel I would not be charged, she couldn't get past, "terms and conditions". Oh well, lessons learned I guess. I now have to wait for them to receive the unused portion before I will get a refund.
I have filed a complaint with my state's Attorney General regarding their bogus claims and faudulant billing practices. If you are in a similar position, I suggest you do the same. And make sure your friends and family don't get lured in by their deceptive advertising. The product is worthless. Period.

did'nt order; unauthorized charge
Didn't order Acaiburn. Received Acaiburn, unauthorized billing for sample S/H $4.95, $59.95 for product and $4.95 for web access. Each charge has a different telephone #. When I called, they said these charges would be credited to my account. Just in case, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. After I found this complaint site, boy, am I glad it did. Seems once you order Acai trial offer, all other "acai" companys take the liberty to bill you for products you didn't order. Watch out for X Factor supplement, Acaiberry Max.

TOOK MONIES FROM DEBIT CARD
I ORDERED THEIR PRODUCT ON 12-30-08 WHEREIN THEY CHARGED $4.95 FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 12-31-08. IF I WERE NOT SATISFIED AND RETURNED THE PRODUCT WITHIN THE 14 DAYS, THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $59.95 WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. I FOUND FROM MY DOCTOR THAT I COULD NOT TAKE THE PRODUCT IN THAT I AM A DABETIC. ON 1-8-08 I SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPLAINING MY SITUATION. THE OPERATOR (I HAVE HER NAME AND I.D. #) TOLD ME TO SHIP THE UNUSED PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY SO AS TO NOT BE CHARGED. I SENT THE PRODUCT IN A BUBBLE 4 X 8 PACKAGE VIA FIRST CLASS MAIL TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS. I REFERENCED MY ORDER NUMBER ON THE FRONT OF THE PACKAGE, ON THE BOTTLE ITSELF, AND INCLUSED A LETTER EXPLAINING THE DETAILS. THE OPERATOR INFORMED ME THAT THE $59.95 WAS NOT "SCHEDULED" TO BE TAKEN OUT UNTIL 1-20-09. I SENT THE PRODUCT ON 1-8-09. ON 1-15-09 I HAD A CHARGE OF $4.95 TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I CALLED THE NUMBER SHOWN ON MY BANK STATEMENT AND WAS ANSWERED WITH "INSIDER SECRETS TO WEIGHT LOS". SHE EXPLAINED THAT WHEN I ORDERED THE PRODUCT I ALSO ASKED FOR THIS! I DID NOT ATTEMPT TO ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK, RATHER HAD HER CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP (WHICH THERE WAS NO MEMBERSHIP NUMBER...ONLY MY NAME AN DEBIT CARD NUMBER). I THEN NOTICED ANOTHER NUMBER ON MY "CONTRACT" WITH ACAIBURN LISTED AS "COMPREHENSIVE WEIGHT LOSS E-BOOK". I CALLED THIS NUMBER AND WAS ASSURED THAT THE $9.95 HAD NOT YET BEEN TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT! I HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT BUY CANCELLED AND GOT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER (THEY TOO HAD MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER!). ON 1-19-09 I CALLED ACAIBURN AGAIN TO BE SURE THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO TAKE A $59.95 CHARGE OUT ON 1-20-09 AND WAS TOLD BY THE OPERATOR (I HAVE HER I.D. NUMBER AS WELL THAT WHILE SHE "HAD NO RECORD OF IT BEING TAKEN ON 1-20-09(?) THAT SHE COULD DO NOTHING UNTIL THEY HAD CONFIRMATION OF THE RETURN AND "REPREHENDED" ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE SENT IT U.P.S. RATHER THAN FIRST CLASS MAIL". ON THE 20TH OF JANUARY I LOGGED ONTO MY ACCOUNT TO CONFIRM NO MONIES WERE TAKEN AND NOTHING HAD BEEN. I THEN SEND A SECURE MESSAGE TO MY BANK ASKING THEM TO BE AWARE OF MY SITUATION. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL BACK FROM MY BANK STATING THAT ONCE A VISA HAD BEEN GIVEN AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, THEY COULD DO NOTHING. TODAY, 1-21-09 A CHARGE OF $59.95 WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. I CALLED ACAIBURN BACK AND THE OPERATOR (I HAVE HER NAME AND I.D. NUMBER) WAS THE MOST RUDE, IGNORANT PERSON I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. SHE SCOLDED ME FOR NOT USING UPS AND KEPT REFERRRING TO "HER RULES AND REGULATION BOOKLET THEY ARE TO FOLLOW" AND SAID THAT IT COULD BE UP TO 4 WEEKS BEFORE I GET A REFUND! I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! NOW I HAVE NO IDEA IF THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I CAN'T SEEM TO STOP THE ON-GOING PROCESS I AM LOCKED INTO. MY PAPERWORK CLEARLY STATES THAT A "FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF THE PRODUCT WAS RETURNED WIHIN 14 DAYS. WHILE I SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT TO SEND IT UPS WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, I DID NOT BUT FEEL I SHOULD NEVER BE TREATED THE WAY I HAVE BEEN JUST BECAUSE I AM A TRUSTING PERSON. THE ONLY WAY I FEEL I CAN STOP THIS IS TO CANCEL MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND START OVER. THIS IS ALOT OF WORK IN THAT I HAVE AUTOMATIC DEPOSITS AND FEAR THIS WILL OPEN A WHOLE NEW LINE OF PROBLEMS. I NEED HELP.

scammers
They try to make you pay 59.00 for some free pills. I called to cancel the e-book, the membership and the pills because you have to cancel all three products separately although you purchase them under one website. I decided to open the pills up today because I'm sending them back just so I can get my 4.95 worth of product that they billed me for. The cap was sealed in plastic, but as I took that off, I noticed that the seal under the cap had been opened and there were still the right amount of pills in the bottle which led me to know that these people recycle these pills. When you send in your unused portion, they send it to someone else. I am sending in all 60 of these contaminated pill and I hope no one else buys this product because you may be receiving the same ones that myself or some other unsuspecting consumer sent back to these people without a conscious.

Product returned not reimbursed
Hi my name is Ngaire Housham I ordered Acaiburn at a discount rate of $4.95 which ended up costing me $45.00 I tried cancelling the product before it was sent to no avail. Upon receiving the product I posted it back and have still not received reimbursement on the product. I recently checked my visa account with the bank and found that I have since been charged more money for this product which I cancelled> Please STOP sending this product as it is overpriced and because of this I did not even try the first batch of pills. They were sent back unopened.
I WOULD LIKE THIS PRODUCT CANCELLED AND I WISH TO HAVE MY MONEY REIMBURSED AND I WANT YOU TO STOP ANY FURTHER SHIPMENTS OF THIS PRODUCT.

Unauthorized billing
The add says you get 14 day supply free trial. That's not the truth. I was told you only get the free trial if you decide to buy it. You have to send the portion of the bottle back to them after they have charged you and they suppose to be sending me the refund. I am getting such a run around. You have to send it by priority mail with tracking and verification on it. I can tell I am in for a long ride. I hope I can save someone from a lesson I hope I've learned from it.
