i sIgned up to get the free trail only and now they are sending me the bottle of pills and its effecting my health. I never order this package of such and they are now charging me. I would like to cancel this because its affecting me so someone please stop this and please cancel all this at once.

Theft
Signed up for "free" trial of Acaiburn, free trial was charged in full 14 days later. Return of 2 products (return receipt) resulted in NO REFUND. Also, WORLD FITNESS and betterdtox charged card WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. I was told by WORLD FITNESS and ACAIBURN that there was an "opt out" button somewhere on the website and a confirmation e-mail shold have been sent, IT WAS NOT. Since when is not opting out of something authorization? The name WORLD FITNESS was nowhere on any portion I completed on the website. ACAIBURN now states that becuase they changed thier credit card merchant, I have to dispute the transaction though my bank. BEWARE they are THIEVES.

Unautharised Payment
I have recently had two amounts of money taken out of my account without my permission and I want that money put back into my account. The amounts are £53.84 £1.50 service charge and £55.47. If this money is not put back into my account within the next 24 hours I will be taking legal action against you. I expect a reply to this e-mail today.

Didn't work, want my money back.
Tried product for time period recommended, stuck to diet and exercise regime, and put weight on. I want my money back, and will return the few tablets I have left.

cannot cancel order
Ths company took out close to a hundred dollars on a $40.00 bottle of crap before the free trial was up. There is no way to get a hold of them to cancel. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Bad reaction - need refund
I have had a very bad adverse reaction to their product, AcaiBurn tablets. I have been unable to contact them, and I need to know how to cancel the sending of any more tablets, and also, I need to know how to return the unopened tablets for a refund. This seems to be a scam and everyone needs to know about it. I have tried calling the above address which is listed on the bottle of tablets. I called telephone info and got the above number for the address listed on the bottle. A man answered the phone and said there was no AcaiBurn there and that they had moved. He said the name of his business was Base Line Connection. Please let me know what action I can take.

CALL 1-800-659-3588 to CANCEL or complain about their product. I just did and got a cancellation number and I am sending the product back within the 30 day time frame. They said I should get my money back ? We will see and I will NOT stop until I get satisfaction. The return address for them is ...AcaiSlim USA...22100 E. Ave #100...Aurora Co...80019. Dont want product
I did a tial offer on 11/23/09 and I dont want anymore. The problem is I cant find a phone numer to contact them. They have charges my checking account $89.93 on 12/7/09. I called my bank since the transaction was still pending, but they couldnt cancel it. The bank told me I need to contact the company (which I dont know how) and then go into the bank and fill out paperwork to fight this charge if the company would not refund my money. I have tried for days to try and find out how to contact the company, but I cant seem to find anything. What do I do ?
