I purchased some dietary products over the internet and on checking my statement have found two amounts taken from my account one to LAGONDISSILUTION for the amount of £69.95p on the 19th October 2009 the second to Global Being for the amount of £75.05p on the 21st October 2009. I Have never purchased anything for these amounts and am submitting this complaint so as to get the monies refunded to my account as soon as possible!
I am disgusted that companies such as yourself defraud unwitting people such as myself who is a 55yr old disabled woman living on a pension. I have contacted consumer watchdogs informing them of your actions and look forward to seeing you named and shamed in the not too distant future. Please address all e.mail to [email protected]

i have no idea how you got my credit card details but my money is being withheld cause you have a hold on my money, which i have no idea why, i do not have any of your products so i have no idea why you are taken money of me. we just lost my husband so please dont say i order something from you, please take a hold of my money as we dont have alot at the moment. I will contact consumers affair about this if this is not sort with asap. I am sorry but i have alot more problems at the moment with my children losing there father.please do the right thing.

I ordered Acaiburn "freetrial" which I received, but then received another 3 lots and noticed from my bank statement that they had charged my account for the 3 lots, which all came together. Today I received another lot from them. They don't have an email address so I can ask them to stop sending their product to me.

How can I stop them from sending their tablets (which don't work) to me?

Even though product was canceled in the trail period window, they still hit my credit card for $87.62.

i haven't received my refund after 2 months. i am so mad. please contact me asap!!!
