I was drawn to the "Acaiburnplus" advertising "#1 Ranked Weight Loss Diet Risk Free" not realizing I was actually signing up to try the product for 14 days and charged the full cost $58.76 w/in 30 days while also being put on a monthly program that would charge my credit card automatically - until I called to cancel. When I realized the term "risk free" was not true, I called as soon as I could, approx. 30 minutes after giving my credit card info. that was suppose to only be used for shipping and handling - $4.95. I asked to cancel my order and not receive "the 14 day risk free" Acaiburnplus that I really was paying for whether I tried it 14 days and disliked it. Either way, with this type of internet advertising, I was pulled in on false pretenses and when I went to correct my mistake, I was told I had to pay the full cost of this product just because I pushed a button before going to the very bottom of the front page to read "terms". Once I read the terms, I realized I was pulled inby false advertising and there was nothing I could do to correct the mistake. I HOPE THAT MY STORY CAN HELP OTHER CONSUMERS BE AWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING & NOT GIVE ANY CREDIT INFO.
PLEASE ADVISE ME IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO. IT ISN'T RIGHT THAT I CANNOT CANCEL A "RISK FREE" PROMO AND THAN BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT, EVEN AFTER CATCHING THE SCAM AND CALLING TO GET OUT OF IT.
