Like most of the complaints I've read, this company burys terms and conditions in a multitude of e-mail screens so the consumer has no idea what the small print actually says by the time they get to the end of the speel. These are people that are going to help the American public get thin and trim. In reality, they are just scamming overweight people, like ME, into believing their product is superior to anything else on the market. I have already filed a complaint with the Attorney General' office of Missouri. I WILL be e-mailing Ophra and Rachael Ray, which is where I have seen the majority of Incline-Health's ads. I'm absolutely positive if either one of these ladies knew what was going on, they would NOT lend their names to this product or any one like it. I don't have the assets to have a personal chef, or a personal trainer. But I did put my trust and hope into the ladies that said they had good results with these products. I guess the saying is so true, "let the buyer beware".
I hope someone, somewhere will have the guts to put the finger on these bad boys that are now scamming the American public.
