I ordered the free trial product 30/4/11. Having received nothing from them by 17/5/11 I rang the customer support . I was told that they had had such a massive response that they had to catch up on a back log and they would reship mine. Still, to this date 15/6/11
I have not received my order. I sent an e mail on two occasions, only to receive a automated response, saying they would contact me. They never have. I refuse to make any more phone calls, especially not knowing how much I am charged per minute. Fortunately, I only ever use a 'pay as you go' card online, otherwise this could have cost me a lot more.
