Cancelled product
I cancelled an order for this stupid ass product on the same day I ordered. They did cancel the order but still billed me and more money. I know that this product is full of shit and is a big scam! I will get my money back plus more! How are you going to bill someone for something that they did not receive?

WRONGFUL CHARGES
I fell for it, got the free 14 day sample and then a $99.99 charge for a 30 day supply, which I then found out would be automatically deducted from my debit card every 30 days with new shipments. So, I called can cancelled, and paid for the 30 day shipment which I intended to return, but never got. I considered this an expensive lesson learned... until four months later I was charged $99.96 not once by twice in the same day for additional product I never order or received. I called for a refund and got a supervisor's fax number to which I sent my bank statement, as they could only see one of the two charges on their own computers, and was told it would take 3 to 5 days. After 15 days I called again and was told their records reflected a refund on the first day after I called. However, it will take 30 days for my bank to show reciept of a refund. I was told to call back in another two weeks if there was a problem. SUCKER... should be stamped on my forehead.

Scam
They sent me 2 sets of orders instead of one set, then charged me £66.27 pounds per set even before the so called forteen days free trial and did not properly sate earlier that we were to be charged, all they advertised was free trial, pay for only postage and packing, I have benn trying to get them to refund my £166 pound since then and in spite of returning the products, but to no avail.
I feel they falsely advertised and took advantage of my card details. i want a refund especially as I have returned the products.

being charged when i'm told the product is free
On your promotion it stated that try your product free...this is far from the truth, I have seen my credit card transaction statement only to find that i have been charged for two products that WERE FREE.
These people should be ashamed of themselves and i require to be refund for this...these people can keep there product as they are probably all lollie tablets.

Major Fraud Business
I fell for their "trial offer for $14.94". I clicked and filled out the information and gave the5 my debit card #. Minutes later I get an alert from my bank that I am being debited $99.96. I was furious. Next day I get reach Cust Serv and am informed that I can cancel my acct but I cannot get the $ back, not even on a rebate. It took 3 weeks for it to get here. This was on July 29. One month later I receive another alert that my acct has again been debited for $99.96. Because it was in process the bank could not stop it. I have put a stop on them and am going to get a new debit card. The bank said as long as they have a valid # they can charge my acct. I may have to close the acct if I can't get them stopped.
I have read all the complaints. Is there any interest in filling with the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Better Business or an Attorney General's office to stop this business from ripping off more money? You can't even find a US address for the company. There isn't any information about them in Sarnen, Switzerland. Please let me know. I have never been so angry!!

Scam
I saw an advertisement from a reporter (I believe from CBS) regarding the diet using AcaiOptimum and Colotox with a free trial offer. It said you would be charged $99.96 but could send in for a rebate for this amount. When I finally received the product, I looked for the rebate form, but there was nothing. I called and they said I had to send in the e-mail confirmation (which I never received) and had to download the rebate form. Did download and waited a week to receive e-mail confirmation. I checked my credit card and saw they had charged my account again for 99.96. I called them and they said they sent me a 2-month supply and in order to receive the rebate of $99.96, I had to have a second charge of 99.96. In other words, to get the rebate for the first charge, I had to pay for the second one. What a scam. The FTC should definately look into this like their doing on the Colotox scam.
