fraudulent withdrawl from my debit card
[2nd time for me to print this out]-----Noticed advert on internet to aquire free sample of acai optimum capsules--for my wife to try. I filled in the application form which had my debit card details on topay £1.98p to pay for postage.I noticed--alarmingly on my bank statement that on 10/8/10 the company[NTRacoptimumcs/acaiOptimum] had taken out my account--£65.51p!!! .I have tried to contact that company--without success.2 bottles of capsules arrived just after 10/8/2010.These capsules are a free sample---so why does acompany like that rob a pensioner like me of hard earned cash???. I would gladly send the capsules back and have them return the amount they have robbed me of----if i knew how to contact them!!!

Monthly charges
I saw an add on yahoo about a free trial offer of AcaiOptimum for $2.95 shipping charge. Then I found out that I have been charge $99.96 dollars for 2 bottles of 60 capsules each. I figured I made and a mistake and I just forget about it and paid for it. A month later another charge came through my debit card of another $99.96. I dont know what to do or how I will cancel this order since I never even used the product. Anyone out there please help asap...my email is [email protected]

overcharge
I toowas tsaken in by misleading information about the Acaioptimum plan. Was only to be charged 1.19 and my bank acct
was hit for $99.00 plus the $1.19 and when com[plaining to Ph Customer service was told there are no refunds. They would cancel my order and I would not receive any more products from this company. The day my $99.00 was takenfrom my acct. I rec"d a call from a bank service co. asking me if I had indeed authorized this and since my Order Confirmation#3622717 stated that I would receive a Mail in Rebate for #99.96 I assumed I would only pay the #1.19.and would be credited for the #99.96.BUT a Rebate Mail In was never rec'd. Talk about shady advertising. I have a cancellation number which I rec'd on 08/16/2010.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
This company will rip you off. I sent back their free trial well before the 30 days because of the bad reviews I read. That was a few months back and I haven't had anything charged to my account until 7/30/2010 when I noticed they took out small increments from my checking account. $2.52, 2.52, .50 .50. I called the FTC to complain and although they cannot resolve individual complaints if we all get together and all submit a complaint they will file a class action law suit. Please call the FTC with your complaint about this company.

Product not working and lost of money
I have ordered free trial diet product, I was told that I only have to pay for shipping ...but soo after I got the product, I've noticed that Acai Optimum company took another £65 and later £62 from my credict card without me knowing about that! The product is also useless and doesn't have any effect on me. There are some hidden catches in Terms and conditions that are hard to spot. I hope that some body will stop them from doing this to people.

Lied!
I clicked the 14 day trail and it was only gonna charge me shipping. Then I thought that I wouldn't do it. An operator came on as I tried to leave and cut the shipping to 1.95, so I did it. I checked my account and for five days nothing. Then 7 days later, no product, I had a charge of 99.96 on my account. I finally got through to customer service and was told that I didn't click the 14 day trail that I had ordered the product. She kept saying the same thing 20xs and after asking for a customer service supervisor, still nothing. I had already gone to my bank that morning to file a complaint on them and reverse the charges. She then tells me at Optimum, that another 99.96 is coming out of my account if I don't cancel. I had to force the cancelation number from her. PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T DO THIS, GO TO RITE AID!

fraud
I, as everyone else on this complaint board, ordered, for the cost of shipping only, supplements Acai cleanse, Acai optimum. Of coarse it not only did not work, but they took over two hundred dollars for each product. Your supposed to read the fine print about automatic refills and joining an orginasation. Fortunatly I have a great bank Colorado State bank that got me my money back and it only took one week. Go to your bank where your debit or credit card was issued and they will do the work for you, at least mine did. I didn't have to make a phone call or anything.

COMPLAINT
I have had the experience that most the previous complaints have outlined! I was filling out the FBI scam form (as suggested by another) when I decided to do more research on this company. Since you receive no invoice, etc. it makes contact rather difficult (must blame myself for 99% of this )
They are Calais Naturals LLC which is actually in Florida and managed by a company called Sterling Management LLC. The complaints that have been filed against them is incredible (and you figure that is just those that know to file with the BBB) I am attaching the site so you will be able to get a refund ~AS I DID!!!
I can assure you that they will balk at this initially and give you the same line as the "customer care" dept. (interesting wording~care)!
Anyway, when you read to them the info from the BBB report they will change their tune. I was shocked at what was being charged to me! I ended up receiving 4 cancellation #'s!!!
GOOD LUCK and HOPE WE LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON:
