no product/loss of money
Ordered the product(supposedly for "free trial) only to pay shipping of $1.19, instead was told to submit a "mail in rebate" after I received my receipt of payment (101.19). Never got a reciept nor the product. After many hours of searching, I finally got to site that said the product was "out of stock". That was after a week, then after much insistance on my part, I talked to a representative and cancelled, but was told that the product had already been shipped. Because I had cancelled the plan, I did't qualify for the rebate. I then talked to a supervisor named "Marcus", and he was very apologetic, and said that the 1st shipment was on it's way, and that he would refund $60.00 to my account because of the inconvience. That was 7/22/10 and it is now 7/30/10, and I have neither received the product nor a credit to my account! BBB here I come!!! What a rip off!

Scam
Ordered this product because I saw the supposed "free" trial. I paid for shipping and handling $3.95. Not even 14 days had gone by in which I was automatically enrolled into a subscription membership, I noticed a charge of $79.95 to my account. I called to dispute this charge, and the customer service woman was not helpful or understanding at all. She said that my 14 day "free" trial period had expired and now I was to pay $79.95 per month. I told her that I had not even owned the product for a week yet. She would not listen to any voice of reason and kept stating that the 14 day trial period had ended, and there are no refunds. This is a scam!!! There is nothing free about this except for them freely taking your money and insisting a trial is up and charging you for it before it actually is.
